Pacific Sunset Group (PSG) started in 1999 as a management company for their own real estate holdings and has been growing ever since. PSG currently holds memberships with the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, San Diego Association of Realtors, Vacation Rental Managers Association, San Diego Vacation Rental Managers Alliance, and the Better Business Bureau.

Business Owner

Denise has 15+ years experience in residential and commercial real estate management. In addition to being licensed as a broker, she also holds the designations of GRI® (Graduate Real Estate Institute), RMS® (Risk Management Specialist), and ePro® (Real Estate Technology Specialist). Denise handles reservation management, online and print marketing, and acts as Web Master. In her spare time Denise likes to read and write books and likes to play with her three dogs.
