Made an appointment to have some brake work done on my vehicle. Arrived for my appointment and was impressed with the clean shop and the professional staff. I requested additional work to be performed, according to my vehicle it was almost due. They were very accommodating and provided me with a ride to work in Mission Valley. They called to let me know when they were finished and were willing to provide me with transportation to pick up my vehicle. Thank you Pacific Highway Auto Repair for this excellent service experience! I will be returning the next time my vehicle needs service.

All I can say is that I have been a customer since 1997 when it was Hans Foreign Car Service and the new owners are really wonderful. I went in because my air conditioner was not working, on one of the hottest days of the year, and Brian was able to fix it while I waited. I was in distress since I was trading in this particular car the next day and would have received $ 500 less had I not been able to fix the A/​C. Once again, they came thru for me and they are friendly, honest and an overall great place to have your car serviced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Took vehicle in for oil change and multi-​point inspection; for a 13-​year old vehicle I expected them to give a ridiculous damage report on something that was worn or had the ”potential” of failing. NOT THE CASE, they stated the vehicle was in excellent condition and there were no issues. VERY HONEST SHOP!

My «Check Engine» warning light came on last week when I was in the vicinity of Pacific Highway Auto Repair, so I pulled in and asked them to check it out. At the time I was under the impression that the manufacturer’s warranty on my vehicle had expired, and mentioned that to the manager and one of the mechanics. The mechanic ran some computerized diagnostics and checked under the hood. He very clearly explained the problem (s) identified by the diagnostics, politely answered my questions, and discussed possible remedies. Because the problems appeared to be primarily related to the emission system he suggested I return to the dealership and ask them to make the needed repairs, even though the car was no longer under warranty. He easily could have explained how they could make the repairs and set me up for an estimate.
I took his advice and contacted the dealership and was told my car was still under warranty. The repairs took four days and would have cost over $ 5000.

The people I talked with at Pacific Highway Auto Repair demonstrated an extremely high level of honesty and integrity, and saved me quite a large amount of money. When my warranty does expire I will take my car to them for service and repairs, and will certainly recommend them to my friends.

Very thankful to have found the incredible and trustworthy service at Pacific Highway Auto Repair. I’ve had a difficult time finding a place to bring my car that offers high quality service, honest opinions and fair prices. I stopped by one day in an emergency, having no idea how to handle what was going on with my car, and even though it was nearly closing time I was treated warmly. Everyone at Pacific Highway Auto is knowledgable and efficient– I recommend them for their five star customer service AND top notch repair talent (without having to be worried about a dishonest car «diagnosis»)!
