Established in 2000 Ocean Beach Tire Center and Auto Repair is a Family Owned Business established with the sole purpose to provide the local residents of Ocean Beach with quality tires and automobile repair service.

Called at 9:00am to see if they could look @ my car because my engine light was on & I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it and they said yes bring it on over & we will look at it right away. Still @ 3:00pm (closing time) they hadn’t looked at my car. What a waste of a day…

What a great beginning! Dropped my car off to have the oil changed. Price was great as estimated by Phil and my car was ready precisely when Tony said it would be. But, they also went beyond the extra mile to make sure my car was perfect!
They also turned off the check engine light without me asking, and amazingly, secured a piece of underbody engine shielding without a charge! The noise made by the loose shielding had been driving me crazy for months every time I pulled out of my driveway or hit a pothole. Now everything is perfect.
It was certainly worth doing some research on Unilocal to locate a great, honest, and fair auto repair shop in the Ocean Beach area.
I am actually anxious to bring my other car in for repair based on this experience.

I always take both my wife’s and my car in here for tires and maintenance. Hadeer and the rest of the crew are excellent at their jobs and have great customer service. Just recently my wife had her alternator go out on the way to work. We had the car towed in and they went out to an auto parts store for us and installed the part. Running great as always. Hadeer even went as far as
to find out if there was a warranty on the part for us. That’s going the extra mile! Thanks guys, see you soon!

Ocean Beach Tires is the best! When I have car troubles it’s an extra pain because I work long hours. Generally I can’t take my car in or pick it up when repair shops are open, so the process always ends up taking an extra week (till Saturday pick ups). This means extra money on a rental car, etc. When my tire blew out, OB tires helped me through the whole process, got me back on the road and worked around my hours to make sure everything was taken care of. The extra attention to my situation got me back on the road much faster than normal, and saved me a ton on renting a car. Also, I was charged a very fair price — which I’ve not always found with car repairs in the past. Love these guys and am now a loyal OB tires customer!

Great folks. Very helpful. I was setup to get two tires at the NEX on Rosecrans but the time frame didn’t work out. These guys found the tires and got them on just in time to head out of town for Christmas. Highly recommend this Ocean Beach merchant.

I needed a quick oil change since I was 7k miles past due and my car started to sound funny + I needed new windshield wipers. OB Tire Center & Auto Repair was more than happy to accommodate! My car was done within an hour and the guys there are very nice & HONEST!!!

Wow I just was driving around and noticed that my tire was slashed and that my rim was completely ruined. I live two blocks from this place and drive by it all the time! Soooo… as soon as I got home I dropped my dogs off and zoomed my car over there and they helped me in a quick snap! not only did they fix my room but they also replaced my tires and a really good price and gave me the local discount. Super friendly helpful and gave me a really good price for two tires on my jeep. (I decided to change both tires to keep the car balanced) really helpful and kind. Same day service is my favorite! I am happy to keep where I do business local… in Ocean Beach! Great guys!

These guys were great. They fixed my flat and did some cleanup work on the rims that was causing another tire to slowly leak, and didn’t even charge for that. They were polite, professional, and very fast.

Just had a tire patched and had excellent service! They patched it quickly and were very nice and professional. We walked down to the beach while we waited because it’s in such a good location to wait in. When we got back the spare was in the trunk and we were ready to go! Super inexpensive as well. $ 25 to patch it up. Definitely recommend

I went to this place without calling and They assisted me right away. Tony and Hadeer are very friendly workers. Tony also speaks spanish and more languages and that was cool since my english is poor :)

They would have received 5 stars if they were honest the first time. I have been to these guys for years for tires. They always take care of me and did again. The only thing that disappointed me was that they told me they had three tires over 50−60% tread and when I got there, one had about 40. Of course I didn’t take it but took the other two. I asked them to call me when another one with the proper tread came in and they said they will. They are kind and efficient. They are on Newport so you can walk around, shop or go have a bite to eat. So many places and things to do on that street. I will of course be back.

Really appreciate the skilled, honest, and experienced service that we have been receiving from you and your entire crew at the center.

In addition to all the great engine and body repair work that we have received in the past on our Toyota truck and Volvo wagon in the recent past. We have just lately received replacement service on the suspension and tires of both vehicles.
I had done quite a bit of research on tires on the internet and was really impressed with the choice of tires that you advised us to replace the old ones with. They were better than anything that I had found in my own research and now our truck is handling better than I can ever remember.
So when I brought the Volvo in for some suspension and tire problems I just let you with all your experience make the choices and judgments for the repair and replacements which was a very good decision because the wagon handles like new now.

These guys really nickel and dime as much as they can, and if they know you’ll call them out on it they just won’t do it, plain and simple.
I tried to use them for auto repair, ’tis not the place.
Buy your parts elsewhere & bring them in for the repair if you do decide to go here. But I wouldn’t, the old guys polite and friendly, the fat dude is a condescending douchebag.
Why isn’t this place busy ever? Might say something.

Did work on both my Jetta and Ranger a few weeks back. Inexpensive, quick and honest. Highly recommended.
Only complaint is that their night drop situation is a little confusing. Public lot and no slot for the key, I had to hide mine under a parking cone and hope no tweakers came by and absconded with the automobile in their search for the elusive Chilli P.
