Meet the Business Owner
Shirin S.
Business Owner
Shirin was born in Iran, and lived for over two decades in Italy. Her style of baking is rustic and focusses on simplicity. She really like to let the ingredients shine. By using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, she bakes treats that use less sugar than traditional bakeries.
As a sufferer of celiac disease, Shirin is always experimenting with new gluten free recipes. Cookies are always available and selections of cakes vary week to week.
