North Park 76 Gas Station

Came in need of some air bad. Tire was on flat. I come here all the time! He refused me thanks Sam!

Today I was getting gas at the Northpark 76 gas station right off the 805 and an ad came up on the screen while I was pumping gas saying get a free 16 ounce coffee with minimum 8 gallon purchase of gas so I made sure I got eight gallons of gas printed out my receipt and then went inside and said hey I got eight gallons of gas so can I have the 16 ounce free coffee now? The man behind the counter said no you have to print out the free coffee receipt also so that you can get the free coffee and I said oh I didn’t know that I didn’t see that can I just show you this receipt which says 8 gallons and you can give me the coffee? He said no I have to follow the rules and I asked him again I said is this really how you were going to proceed with this? And he said yes I have to follow our procedures. That lack of customer service for a 16 ounce coffee which probably cost them $ 0.20 to produce that coffee that cost this gas station a customer that came on a regular basis to buy gas– so I hope that any other gas stations or any other services that are reading this do not think so «penny wise and dollar foolish like this gentleman did.
