the service is not that great, some of the girls are a bit snooty, was not happy with the service once, emailed a complaint and never heard back from the company which is not good customer service at all

Small selection but worth a stop in. Boot sale whut?! Love it. Customer service is good for what you’re getting. The past few times I have been there I have gotten great service and even some god suggestions. I know the girls try on everything for fun so asking them for their opinion is a MUST!
I have called ahead to have things held. If you can’t find a sale item in your size they will pull it up and ship it to you from any Nine West in the USA. Score.
Always unexpected sale items… One more star if they had less handbags/​accessories and more shoes!
