Nikon Duct and Carpet

Let me tell you a story about a up cost or no work. First off my wife got a GroupOn to have the ducts cleaned due my Son’s Health condition. (My son is a veteran from the Air Force and came down ill due to something that happen during his service). The company was contacted by the wife to clean the ducts. a sub=contract of 2 guys with Russian background pulled up in a van with no markings. They entered the home and went into the attic, then came down. They informed me that without a Heater Tune Up, the work could not happen. They then refused to do the work and left. Nikon offers the GroupOn but really what $ 200.00 above the coupon cost. Buyer Beware.

I bought a Groupon for this company here in Denver, called and set up an appointment, and then looked forward to my 120 year old house having clean ducts before I would turn the furnace on. Except that first, they had to cancel. Something about the guy’s truck being broken. So we rescheduled for Halloween – Saturday, October 31^st, between 1 and 3 PM. Of course, they don’t show up. I called that day and left a message. No return call. So I call again on Tuesday; on one answers, so after being on hold for forever, I call back and leave another message.
Groupon needs to cut ties with these people. THEY ARE RIDICULOUS.

Total case of fraud, I bought a groupon for carpet cleaning they rescheduled with me three times only to have a tech call me during my appointment block to tell me they are only offering duct cleaning right now and can’t provide carpet cleaning services. I’ve reported them to my state’s Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit

Live in DC, Worse company ever! Do not use this service, they do not answer there phones. Services is poor and don’t show up for appointments.

I’d give 0 starts if I could. Got the $ 39 Groupon to clean two rooms. Never have been able to reach anyone at this company. I’ve used the link provided by Groupon (
) to try scheduling my appointment.
I believe I contacted them on the day of purchase asking if they could come Monday July 6^th or any day that week, as I was on vacation. They scheduled me on July 13^th — the NEXT week, which I could not make. So I emailed them via the link again asking for any other day the week of the 6^th. I got no response. I was worried some person would come to my home on the 10^th only to find nobody there and tried calling them on July 7^th, the 8^th, the 10^th to reschedule for any other time. (I was OK pushing it out to August, I just knew I couldn’t make that Monday.) Finally, I emailed them again via that link saying as clearly as I could that I could not be home on the 10^th, and that they needed to contact me to reschedule or I’d just cancel my Groupon for a refund. I got no response, but on Monday the 10^th they just reschedule for Monday the 17^th. Which, again, I did not want, did not work for me, and did not discuss with nor propose to the company. Nobody ever answers, and the voicemail box is full and has been since July10th.
At this point I’m trying (way too hard, I might add) to get a refund from Groupon. Do not use Nikon Duct and Carpet.

Used a groupon stated 89.00 value to clean 2 rooms of carpet. I have a very small bedroom area and living room I was hoping he would add the hallway since my furniture took up 97% of the bedroom so cleaning the small hallway would certainly be fair, he said no that’s extra. This is not the bad part why he has ONE star.
Nikon is an outside service that outsources random companies, I asked for a call BEFORE the guy came out to inquire about the type of equipment that he uses, I never got a call back. When the guy came over he told me the machine that works very good that will get all the dirt and all the stains out, is in his van works through a hose that would go right into the person’s home. The way my structure is in my condo, that would be impossible. Instead he had to use his portable machine which takes 12 hours for the carpet to dry and it doesn’t do a good job like the big strong machine (89.00 value one another words)
I don’t even think he had a solution for that particular machine it looks like he just use water from the bathtub he didn’t tell me about the 12 hours until he was on his way out. Other people used a portable machine heavy duty a steamer that takes out the stains has a good solution and dries in 3 to 4 hours
It was a complete waste of time and money ! My carpet looks exactly the same as it did prior to the cleaning only very wet!!!
