We are a mobile soft serve ice cream dessert catering company that specializes in serving ice cream treats such as: banana splits, shakes, sundaes, floats, Hawaiian shaved ice, Frappes, cones, waffles bowls, cups, brownie sundaes, waffle cones, and a large assortment of ice cream novelties (packaged ice cream) to choose from. We cater all events from birthday parties, school functions, fundraisers, anniversaries, weddings, truck rallies, corporate events, employee appreciation days, company picnics, new product launches and more! Whether the event is big or small, Neu Flavor Ice Cream values each and every customer (s) the same! We appreciate your business!

History

Established in 2009.

I started in the social service industry by working with and caring for disadvantage children at residential facilities for 6 years. After that, I opened a licensed daycare, which I operated for 2 yrs. I then proceeded to further my entrepreneurial spirit by operating an Inflatable business for 5 yrs. Although the work hard, it was well worth the investment because of the relationships we’ve gained throughout the years! After much deliberation, I then decided to go into the ‘food truck’ industry and purchased my truck back in ’09. With the help of family and friends we refurbished an old soft serve truck and crafted it into a ‘state of the art’ Ice Cream Parlor on wheels; one of San Diego’s best in our opinion! We are still carrying on the tradition of service to our community, with ice cream in hand and smiles on our faces. Everyone loves ice cream!
