I went in after having ingested gluten (I am celiac), and Dr Brian Manjarres gave me excellent service! He evaluated my condition, how I was feeling, and my fluid levels. He really made sure that he was treating all of my issues, and would not let me leave until I felt better. He took the time to explain to me all the different type of vitamins, and detoxers that they offered, the effect they have, and his suggestions. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Today I feel amazing, more so then any other treatments I’ve used to feel better after eating gluten. Any time I have the slightest cross contamination again, I will be going to him. Also the woman who administered my IV was flawless. It didn’t hurt at all and i have no bruising.

Dr Brian was very polite and professional. I got some B vitamin shots that really helped my energy levels. This is a great place to go for natural and alternative medicine. I feel like this type of practice is up and coming. Dr Brian is ahead of his time. I would recommend him to anyone seeking this type of care.

Dr. Manjarres has been terrific in providing care needed for pain control. I have been able to continue normal life activities at same time dealing with osteo-​arthiritis and degenerative bone disease. I’m very thankful for Dr. Manjarres help he has given.

This office is a great thing for San Diego. I’ve heard of this in other cities, like Miami and New York and LA, but I’m not aware of anyone doing anything similar in San Diego. Dr. M is on top of this, and his treatments work. Plus he’s a nice friendly guy. This place is great!

Dr Brian Manjarres has provided me with excellent service for over a year now. I feel as if his treatments have optimized my health.
