At myHRmgr, we believe the HR & Staffing outsourcing game must change, period. myHRmgr believes we will redefine and change the rules of the small to mid-​size HR/​Staffing outsourcing market while offering high level, cost-​effective services to enterprise clients as well. Our vision is to educate companies on the value of in-​sourcing. Companies without the need or budget for full time HR leadership or project-​based staff augmentation should still have access to experience and affordable on-​site HR services, at a fixed cost, which they can forecast in their annual budget.

Business Owner

Brett Coin is Managing Director and founder of myHRmgr, Inc. Brett founded myHRmgr to redefine HR outsourcing and challenge the HR status-​quo. Brett’s vision is to provide companies a true strategic & tactical HR partner, at any stage in their development, capable of building or developing an HR foundation to foster or improve their growth and development.

Prior to founding myHRmgr, Brett was Vice President, Human Resources for Kintera (acquired by Blackbaud, Inc in 2008), Inc, a publicly held Software-​as-​a-​Service company that develops software solutions for the nonprofit industry. Prior to Kintera, Brett held positions in the Talent Acquisition departments of Intuit, Inc and Cisco Systems, as well as a contract sales & professional services Recruiter for SAP America. Brett is co-​founder of Resume Donkey, a cost-​effective, interactive, web-​based resume services platform to help candidates get noticed.
