I highly recommend William’s service! I got a speeding ticket on Mt Soledad Road last year. The court date was a few days ago, and the case was dismissed! William was very good at following up, and made sure to send me an attachment of the paperwork. The $ 100 I paid was a heck of a lot better than a point on my record and an insurance hike:)

Retaining ‘My traffic guys’ for my speeding ticket is one of the smartest decisions I ever made. Previously I would try to go to court and defend my traffic tickets usually with no success. Do not get me wrong I am not a reckless driver, I may get a ticket every three years but still.

After receiving a traffic ticket, we were content to pay the full price and move on with our lives. Curious to get a second opinion, we called My Traffic Guys. Will answered the call late on a Wednesday right before closing. After giving few details, he laid out 3 possible options, two of which would not involve them further yet would still save us money regardless. When: That all sudden cop lights behind you, knowing that you did nothing wrong. Cop pull you over and ask for license and registration and went to his motor, without even telling what did i do, then came back with ticket, saying your speeding. 23++ years clear driving record. Not my intent to speed, just wrong time wrong place, seems speed trap, cop must have waiting on down slope. I am more watching carefully on the roadside. When i pulled my car, i even humbly said if i must have been speeding im sorry (didnt work) hope just to get warning. The cop is big must have been packing more than dozen of doughnuts, even his vest, it will take some German Tanks to penetrate it! I guess it’s just easy for them using radar gun & writing tickets, than chasing badboys, wut ya gonna do?
I did my homework, read my ticket, if theres time and date & correct info, if theres no date & incorrect info you can definitely challenge the cop in court. Now (what’s next), I got a ticket for «infraction 22 350 vc unsafe speed (spd), spd approx 40, p.f. max spd 30, veh lmt 30, safe 30, radar 41, @distance 674 ft (like i said dont know where cop even came from), even that radar does not show me date/​time stamp (cop not required to show you, but you can ask for what speed cop got you). I hope theres new law for radar having date & time stamp, so theyre not keep stopping anyone then saying your speeding. We all know what goes on freeway/​hi-​way, speeeddinngg kills…
After reading the citation and the laws

There’s two things that’s a MUST are going to happen, either «**You**» do it yourself/​may pay challenge the cop in court for if he is qualified/​certified training on radar gun & calibration up-​to-​dare, or find an **Attorney** to represent you. Either way the ticket see plain you broke the law. You just want to justify yourself, or just pay. Like stated on a letter that seems intimidating for everyone, read behind your ticket it already say first top letter word in caps «WARNING: fail to appear, as promised (directed), maybe arrested, 6mos jail, pay $$ 1,000 (and so on, the info stated behind your ticket)». To our federal book of mechanics WARNING is danger to personnel, CAUTION is to equipment, & NOTE as info need to be read. Okay back which one you want to do.
I choose an Attorney William Concidine and his office «*The Traffic Guys* (easy search, no brainer)» Gustavo, first guy i talked to on a phone very helpful & after that all thread in emails and updates works best for me. You dont have to show up get hype or stressed out just seeing that cop again or if cop decided «no show» you get lucky (dismissed).

I was stressed over the additional $ 300.00 fee added to my $ 400.00 red light ticket and my physical inability to go to court because I was home bound with a health issue. I read many other reviews of other firms, in addition to this one, all with similar complaints about the communication, or rather, lack of communication by the firms. So far, Mr. Concidine has responded to all my emails within 2 to 3 hours. He appeared for my court appearance today, and already updated me with my trial date. I will update my review once I have the outcome, but regardless of the outcome, I highly recommend this firm as they have been professional and courteous with prompt and detailed responses each time I have emailed. Of course, i’m not one of those people that emails a ton of questions, nor bothers him with 10 emails a day. I emailed twice and both times he answered very detailed and specifically to me about my situation and that’s all I needed. I consulted this firm to handle my speeding ticket v.c. 22348(b). I had looked at all the positive reviews and hoping for a miracle, contacted the attorney telling him of my situation. He advised me to use their representation to fight the ticket even though in the back of my mind I had a feeling that wasn’t going to happen, and I’m sure he knew the exact same thing. Should have followed my instinct. Fast-​forward a few months and $ 250 later, and I get a notice that I pretty much got the full fine of $ 1500 plus two points (minus a license suspension thankfully). This is the exact same verdict that a friend of mine had when he got the exact same ticket and went to represent himself. So basically, I had just wasted an extra $ 250 so that I didn’t have to show up myself. I however, do appreciate the prompt responses and updates done by the attorney via email.
A few lessons were definitely learned here. One is to obviously drive safer and not be ticketed in the first place, and second is to use common sense and not waste money on false hope. If you want to pay to have someone go to court for you, then by all means hire them. If you however don’t want to gamble and waste that extra money, then don’t even bother with those ticket-​services like these. Especially if they are for more serious tickets like this one.

Last August, while driving southbound on the I-​15 just north of Escondido, I see the dreaded flashing lights in my rearview mirror from a CHP SUV coming up quickly from behind. Watching, I thought an animal must be driving this vehicle, for the SUV had to have been speeding at over 100 MPH, veering wildly across the lanes before coming right up behind me. I rewarded this idiotic behavior by slamming down hard on my multi-​piston carbon-​ceramic brakes and immediately heard the glorious sound of one of the SUVs brake calipers locking up and the vehicle starting to swerve toward the center median. Alas, the damn ABS controller on the SUV must have kicked in and it stabilized. Deeply saddened by this, I started the motions to pull over.
I waited a good while in my car before I see a fat pig waddle out of the SUV toward my vehicle. The Pig’s ride must have cost upwards of $ 70,000 in a state that is eternally bankrupt and with roads crumbling to hell. Then the stench of Aqua Velva and doughnut dust permeated my car as Fatso leans heavy on my passenger door. I see the name of Rivera emblazoned loudly on his obese tortured uniform and some very pricy «Bolle» sunglasses covering his greedy eyes. Piggy tells me I was doing 81 MPH on the freeway, I THINK: «SO THE HELL WHAT, me and everyone else do 81 on this damn freeway,» but I SAY NOTHING. I then have to endure an insipid Cock and Bull tale about driving safety and following the posted speed limits designed for cars made in the 1970s.
I’m have never been one to reward CHP pigs and needed the best traffic Lawyer I could find in San Diego. «My Traffic Guys,» had the best ratings on «Yelp,» and I asked if I they would represent me. On December 30, William Concidine of «My Traffic Guys,» goes to court on my behalf. Piggy shows up, but can’t get his sorry act together with his notes on last August’s shakedown maneuver. William seizes upon this Fool’s poor recollection of the incident and asks the Judge for a «Motion of Dismissal.» Sullen, like a spoiled little child seeing their candy being taken away, the crooked Judge reluctantly agrees with Mr. Concidine and my speeding ticket is thrown out of court on LOP (Lack of Prosecution). Well played my favorite Lawyer.

In June 2014, my significant other and I move to San Diego from the east coast.
In October 2014, my significant other gets a new car — Subaru WRX. Vroom vroom!
4 weeks later, my significant other gets 2 tickets (1 for not putting the license plate in the front of the car and the other for speeding). The cost was upwards of $ 400+. Boo!
The cop that gave my significant other the ticket was ruthless. No leeway because the license plates were mailed a week earlier prior to the incident, but who knew that car dealerships didn’t provide the screws to be able to put on the license plates in front of the car. Doh!
So Unilocal came to the rescue. A quick search — and we found «My Traffic Guys». Their slogan is «Home of the 100 Dollar Traffic Ticket Defense». Seriously!
The ticket for not putting on the license plate in the front of the car was dismissed within a week after we submitted documentation to show that we recently got the car and had another cop sign off on the ticket that the license plates were screwed into the front of the car. Sweet!
The 2^nd ticket for speeding — our lawyer, William Concidine — went to court in May 2015 and got the ticket dismissed. Woohoo!
