We started My Social Marketing Network on an Apple MacBook here in San Diego back in 2010, because we really wanted to help small business owners use the online tools that drive customer leads to their business.

We started as a purely social media marketing agency and over the years branched out into a full service digital marketing agency that offers not just social media, but SEO, PPC, Email marketing, Blog services and website design.

We are successful when our clients are successful. That makes me smile! That and when we get to see the positive impact that our marketing has had on a business as they hire new employees, purchase new equipment, expand locations.

We understand what small business owners need and what they are looking for in an internet marketing company. We are here to help!

I’ve never paid someone to build a website before and had no idea of the costs involved. I read the reviews for this company and called in. I spoke to someone and liked him immediately. We met in person twice. He was excited about my project, easy to talk to, and very likable. He also knew I had a ridiculously small budget.
My job was then handed over to Marcio. My review for Marcio is 5 stars. He was easy to work with. He didn’t get frustrated when I changed my mind. He collaborated well with me and did everything I asked with no hesitation. He gave me his honest and professional opinion when I asked for it, even if it differed from my own. And my website is fantastic.
The only reason that I’m not giving 5 stars for MySMN as a whole is because the person I started with kind of dropped out of the picture completely. I had asked him to change my payment method with the accounting department and that never got handled. I sent him several other questions that were never answered. I finally realized that MySMN was just a middle man on my job. I know my job was low budget and that he probably got busy with larger jobs However, I wish he’d just said, Hey your job is kind of small but I know a guy”.
If you’re on a small budget, I suggest you look for a web developer to hire directly. If you need a creative team of people and have the budget, you’ll be extremely happy with MySMN.

The My SMN team is absolutely fantastic! I can’t say enough about them. They are so professional and really have their client’s interests, needs and wants at heart. Their customer service is some of the best. Not only that, but Patrick was very transparent, which is always refreshing in the business world. He took the time to make sure that I understood what they were working on and the results that they had received. He went above and beyond and was quick to answer any questions that I had (and there were quite a few… Sorry, Patrick!). I would highly recommend My SMN to anyone who is looking for a team with strong work ethic, creative ideas and fantastic results.

There is soo much information about this, so many tricks, and good strategies that we decided to reach out to social media experts in the area, San Diego Area. Although we are going into the social networks, we find it extremely important to have the face-​to-​face contact, which is why we were looking for Social Media experts locally to interact with them personally. The complexity and extensive data behind Social Media Networks became so easy to understand after «pretty much», our first meeting with MySMN, everything!
