This was my first time using a moving company. Carlos, Gheto, & Manny helped me move in 5.5 hours! WOW! Super Hero’s to the rescue! They made it look so easy and what would’ve taken me 2 days to move, they did it in half a day! The prompt service, friendliness, efficientcy, and professionalism impressed me even more. They maintained extra good care of it during the move. Placed blankets on all my furnitures. When they dropped of the furniture, they removed the siran wraps and set it wherever we directed them. They aim to please, and you can tell that the take pride in their business. Highly recommend!

I called Carlos and he showed up with an awesome partner and finished our move in 3 hours. There was so much stuff we were going to have them come back the next day as well but because of their solid work ethic they didn’t drag it out, they just finished the job.

These guys have been fantastic. My roommates and I had to move suddenly without any time to plan and they made the process so easy for us. They were on time, efficient, friendly, and courteous. I have already referred them to two other people and won’t stop there.

If you are looking for awesome packers and movers, look no further. Our house was a disaster! We didn’t buy enough boxes! We rented a truck that was too small! But have no fear, Llito, Fernando and Raul got us packed, loaded and unloaded, despite all our bumbling! And they were super friendly, with great attitudes. Hire them. HIRE THEM! We will definitely use them again!

I used these guys twice in two months to move my entire three bedroom house and full garage. Moving isn’t fun and MOTM made the stressful day go so smoothly. Chito was my crew chief each time. He never stops, personally wraps and packs your items. He communicates really well if there is a question or problem. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend them. I have used a large moving company before and MOTM exceeded the job they did. Carlos checks in and confirms the dates. He has connections at the truck rental companies and was able to help steer me to the best truck equipment for the moves.

Awesome work! They packed safely and quickly. Moved my two bedroom house in 4 hours. Very impressed with their level of service and professionalism.

Carlos and his group did an efficient moving of our stuff — 3 level 3 bedroom townhouse to another townhouse. Took them 5 ½ hrs only. We made them move only the big and heavy items mostly. Wraps and covers your stuff to make sure they are not scratched or damaged. I highly recommend them to anyone. Easy to schedule even on short notice! Highly recommend them — reasonable pricing too just that its all cash!

Chito and Grant did an excellent job with my move. They worked so fast. They finished the job within 2 hours. When I got quotes from competitors they said they would need 4 hours to move my stuff. I am so happy with their work.
The cost is reasonable. Keep in mind it is cash only.
I like how they wrapped my mattresses with a thick plastic. I provided a plastic bag for the mattresses that I bought at Home Depot, but what they have was a higher quality.
Use them. You will be happy that you did!!!

Was pleasantly surprised! Gito & Grant arrived promptly at 830a and quickly got to work! Very efficient and professional. I only had a few items to move, as well as a friendly request! Having sold my love-​seat, I asked if they would help deliver said love-​seat to its new owners about a mile away… they accommodated this request without hesitation & did not even charge extra! What can I say, all items were ‘shrink-​wrapped’ as though they were antique pieces (i.e. With a lot of care) even though it was IKEA furniture! Never hired movers before, but if I do again, these guys will be the first one’s I call! Thank you so much!

Moving is stressful and it’s always a little nerve racking trusting others with your belongings. I was referred to Movers on the Move and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The guys showed up on time and got to work immediately. Carlos and Mike were young, pleasant, friendly, efficient, and hard working from start to finish. I never felt uncomfortable with them and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and get the job done. I’ve heard disaster stories about movers who drag their feet and kill the clock on your dime. But you will get your money’s worth with these guys. It was unbelievable what they were able to pack into a pick-​up truck! And the rates were unbeatable. I had called a popular moving company and was quoted $ 150/​hr for 2 guys and a truck — this just to move a bedroom set (Queen bed, wardrobe, dresser/​mirror), a living room couch, TV stand, glass end tables, and several boxes and clothes. Carlos and the guys did it for a fraction of the cost. I had bought lunch for them and Carlos didn’t even touch it until the move was finished. Their work ethic and professionalism were impressive and they handled my belongings with care. It was such a relief to have my things transferred safely and intact. I will always appreciate and recognize an awesome job when done, and I won’t be using anyone else for my moves in the future. I am planning to use their services again shortly and will recommend them to anyone I know!

Carlos, his cousin and their partner did an outstanding job on short notice when no one else could help us move. They were friendly, quick and took excellent care of all of our items packing them up and moving them to our location across town. They made everything for their truck fit like Tetris masters. Reasonable rates also for the hard work they put in. We are very pleased for all they have done and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.

Carlos and his boys really know what they’re doing. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the San Diego area (or anywhere, because they do long distance too!). They are trustworthy and get the job done quickly.
I needed someone on short notice, not once but twice, and these guys were able to help me out. They packaged all of my stuff in protective materials, arranged my storage unit neatly, and unloaded everything in a organized and orderly fashion at my new place.
They are hard workers with great attitudes and friendly personalities, and they will make your life A LOT easier during a stressful move.
I give them an A+++ and will definitely be calling them in six months when my lease expires.

These guys are LIFE SAVERS! After I was no showed by a different moving company, I phoned and spoke to Carlos. WHAT a gentleman. I called him incredibly emotional after being no showed and being in a tight time crunch to get my belongings out of my home.
After being no showed at 8am by a DIFFERENT company, I called Carlos at 8:50am and by 10am, two men were at my home ready to help.
Mike & Gito, my movers were ABSOLUTELY amazing. They were so kind and helpful and they somehow got all of my boxes, tubs, antique furniture in a single load on the pickup truck. Even though I saw it with my own eyes, I’m still amazed they were able to get all of those things loaded in a single load.
They treated my belongings with incredible respect and were much more cautious about damaging them than I have ever been.
I greatly appreciate Movers On The Move coming through for me on such a last minute request. They were more cost effective than the company who left me hanging, and the customer services was best in class.
I will be a life long Movers On The Move customer– they helped alleviate all of the stress of moving.

After the movers I originally hired didn’t show up on a Sunday morning I called Carlos and he said he could have two guys there within the hour and he did. It could have been a really bad day but thanks to Carlos the move went rather smoothly. These guys are great and I can’t recommend them enough.

Hired these guys to move literally less than a mile away and they did fantastic. I was a little skeptical a first since we have extremely heavy (solid wood) furniture, but to my surprise, they handled it carefully. Nothing broken, scratched, or missing. They were punctual and hardworking. Also, they were very well-​priced. Thank you.

I called and left a message and no one bothered to call me back. I called them back and the guy basically blew me off and said he had no availability. Not sure how these guys stay in business blowing customers off like that.

Words can’t explain how helpful these guys are! We needed a last minute move from San Diego to Orange County. These guys jumped at the chance and work with us on our budget!

To give you an idea on how well we know good movers, we have moved 6 times in 6 years within a 7 mile radius. Each time using different movers, because none had been worth using twice. Let me just say that I will not be losing Carlos’ number. These guys took us off the 4^th floor in one building & onto the second floor in another & never missed a beat. It took other movers longer to move us across the courtyard 3 years ago. So, if you are looking for hard workers who WANT to work… are polite, respectful, efficient, & really care about doing a good job, this is who you want!

These guys were available, on time, and worked quickly. They were extremely careful with some large, delicate pieces. Clean cut, nice gentlemen. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

A possible nightmare move, turned dream move. Ok so to start, the guy I originally hired to move me didn’t show up and when I called he acted like we never set an appointment. So I called around to other movers that I found on Craigslist and Carlos of Movers on the Move happened to be one of the people I called. We chatted about pricing and such and how much stuff I had, it didn’t seem like a good fit at first since he thought I had more stuff than I really did (based on his past experiences of agreeing to jobs that people said were small when they weren’t and that need two or more people to make the move) and I wasn’t willing to budge on my price point. After a few moments, Carlos called back and said he really wanted to help me and the situation I was in and we agreed upon a price we both thought was fair and he said he would come himself to help me move.
From the first phone call he was a gentleman and it was no different when he arrived. The entire time he was respectful in conversation and handling my possessions. To his surprise it was fairly easy stuff to move and very minimal. Still he wrapped and padded the few furniture items I had and we both loaded the two person items into his truck bed. We had fun chatting and it went very quickly. So Carlos ended up not only saving the day but making it AWESOME!
It really couldn’t have gone any smoother or more pleasantly. I will call Movers On the Move for any future moves that I need help with. Movers On the Move and Carlos the owner is one of those businesses who takes pride in serving their clients professionally, efficiently, effectively, with class and with a heart of gold. the pricing was very competitive too. Can’t beat this combination, especially with something that can be as stressful and chaotic as moving. A gem of a business in San Diego for sure!
