Mike’s New York Giant Pizza

I get take out from here a lot. It’s always good. The pizza is hot, cheesy, and the people are nice. I like the Greek salad a lot too. The dressing is great! Totally good pizza. :)

Everyone loves when we order from here cheap and feeds a lot ask to cut giant pizza in small pieces

Love this family pizza shop. There nice, me and my family love there $ 6 pizza and antipasto salad. But i wish they opened earlier then 11 and closed later. Im craving now but have to wait an hour and a half. When me and my mom are running arons in the morning and want mikes. There closed! So we have to eat somewhere else. When were hanging out and we want a pizza. There closed. Also its really hot in there, they need air conditioning. I get its a family business. But eventually need to upgrade and expand.

This place did NOT disappoint they have really great New York style pizza thin but crispy crust and has that chew we all love the people there are great there friendly and easy to talk to. The décor is amazing I love the comics on the walls they have games to play for the kids ohh yea they have a car wash pretty cool concept talk about a one stop shop but tonight it’s pizza and in a little bit ill be a happy camper.
This is a true pizza shop no burgers on there menu and what they do have on there menu they do it right great quality ingredients made to order
I recommend everyone needs to try this place

The pizza here is good, but I had an awful customer service experience that will keep me from coming back here. I placed an order here via Unilocal and had a friend pick it up for me. My friend got the pizza, checked it, saw that it looked like it had been tossed around or dropped inside the box, asked the person who gave it to him what the deal was, and was offered a half-​price discount. Keep in mind that the pizza had already been paid for through Eat24, but I had not communicated that to my friend picking the pizza up, so he paid. So, we effectively paid extra for a pizza that had been mishandled. I called the location and the person who answered said that my friend MUST have dropped it, they wouldn’t have done anything of the sort. Why was my friend offered a discount if he supposedly dropped it? They said they would void the transaction on my friends card and I left it at that. They then called me back 5 minutes later apologizing for the whole ordeal and offering to void my charge as well. Why call back if they were not at fault? The charge on my friend’s card has not been voided and neither has mine and it has been more than a week since the order was placed at the time I am writing this review. I will not come back here.

Just moved to the area and was craving pizza! Did my research on Unilocal to find a good spot Mike’s New York Giant Pizza was what I decided on, and glad I did! I ordered an XL sausage and pepperoni pizza and a meatball sandwich combo plate. Took only about 35min to deliver and everything was GREAT! I know where I’ll be ordering from next time!

I had high hopes because of previous reviews but have to say am very let down. To begin with the order was 20 mins late. The pizza was extremely greasy. I ordered a half and half pizza but it was more like one third and two thirds. The garlic bread looked awful and tasted worse. It felt like it was dipped in a vat of butter and then shoved in the oven. And the jalapeño poppers were watery. The fries were soggy and burnt. The ranch was good though thank god I ordered a bottle of Mountain Dew saved my taste buds from complete destruction. Over all it’s over priced and not worth it at all wish I would of saved $ 39 and bought a instant ramen instead.

Made an order for pick up last night through eat24. Got a text from eat24 saying they couldn’t confirm the order. Drove over there and the place is closed with a chain on the door.

I needed a GOOD place to get several pizzas for a customer appreciation luncheon in the area. These guys came through, food was ready even a tad bit early, which made me look good with getting their lunch to them at their starting lunch time (10:30) AM. To boot, the food was absolutely delicious!
I know exactly who to use for future luncheons in the Otay Mesa area. Thanks Stephanie and team Mike’s for coming through!

Five stars for pizza. But Three stars for driver getting pissed bcuz I lost my coupon and he threatened to not give me my order unless I paid him an extra $ 2.00. Whaaaat. Well that’s what I was going to tip him anyways. But still. I felt like I got shook down for my pizza. And to top it off, I was considered a regular customer.
Pro Tip: try the calzone, sandwiches or the salads.

Great place, friendly service. Pizza at a great price, if you’ve got a big group, come here.

Good pizza! Great Service!

Came in w no expectations. Mind blown. Very clean. Wings were on point but the pizza was bomb. Delicious. Its a small spot but they took care of my family better than a lot of higher class restaurants I’ve been to. Its an instant favorite for me n my family now. Check it out. U won’t b disappointed. unless ur all uptight n prissy. Lol.

The only thing i’ve tried from here are the pizzas & they’re so good! I have gotten the personal pizzas (a small pizza just for you) & they’re awesome & they fill you up! Getting some tomorrow for sure!

Honesty, I really had high hopes for this place because of the previous reviews and photos. However, I was disappointed. The pizza arrived to my home 30 minutes later than the time I was told it would arrive; it was cold and cooked improperly. The center of the pizza was very gooooew, the presentation was well put together but the pizza was just not good. I even tried putting the pizza in my oven at home. didn’t work. Do not waste your money. I gave them 2 stars because the presentation looked nice, other than that I would have given them no stars at all =/

First time here at Mikes and so far so good. The customer service was good and friendly… The pizza was good too. The 28 inch with one topping and a 2 liter of rootbeer came out to be 25 bucks even. They also cut it into squares if you want. I liked it. Ill be going back.

One of the best pizzas ive tasted around the area. The quality is good and taste is really good. I rate this pizza for the taste and not quality. I hate businesses in the beggining trying to make a name out of themselves when trying to get costumers. After you continue instead of keeping the same quality and portions you use when you started your business. Still good though.

Great pizza and friendly service!
My only complaint is how small it is, other than that Mike’s is awesome. I’ve been there twice now and had the same high quality service and food both times.
Keep in mind that their Works pizza comes with jalapeños and pineapples. I personally love it, but that may not be for everyone.
