Miguel began his real estate career as a licensed certified appraiser specializing in residential, multi-residential, and commercial valuation. Beginning in 2009, he moved into residential acquisitions for private equity funds and worked in multiple West Coast Markets acquiring, rehabbing, selling or renting properties.
