MHS was founded in 1985 by Don Fryer and his father, Don Fryer Sr. As a full-​time owner operator, Don is intimately involved in all the daily operations of the company. He has led the expansion of the business to the areas and clients we service today, making MHS one of the premier names in construction and construction staffing in Southern California.
