Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

Me and the fiancé are here all the time. always friendly, always clean, and always a delight. I can find a flavor I want every time I come in. :)

Amazing selection! Service was a little slow but overall great experience. Deff will be back!

I’ve been here twice, and both times I’ve walked in and it’s dirty and not very welcoming also the employees were very rude to me. I’m definitely not coming back to this location

Probably one of my favorite yogurt shops. The flavors are quality and are great mixes. Toppings are great, I really enjoy the kit Kat mixin.

Beware! As with many frozen yogurt places, they can be easy to fill up your cup without realizing how much you’re getting!
With a ton of flavors and the ability to 100% customize what toppings you want, it makes for a nice family ice cream outing at a mostly reasonable price.
We really enjoyed standard vanilla, the coconut and the Andes mint chocolate was fun to try but we ended up not going for it. Service was friendly if not a little slow. Wish there were more seating, but you find some eventually.

Excellent customer service when I walked in I made sure to let the employee know it was my first time and he explained everything in detail and was very polite. The selection of frozen yogurt was extensive the toppings were all fresh and delicious and the great customer service never ended. The place was definitely clean my overall experience definitely warrants the five stars.

So so so happy there is a Menchie’s nearby. I love that they have low carb options for those of us that like to use that as a reason to get a little extra :). Staff is friendly, location is clean, and for some reason I love the colorful spoons.

The toasted marshmallow and cake batter mix was very tasty. A perfect ending to a perfect night. For calorie counters it’s a mere 130 Ks per 4 ounces and won’t bend your diet out of shape.
The customer service at this location is always great!

Went to menchies for the first time on a weekday evening. They had their steady flow of customers, but not too busy or crowded… A very clean location.
I only saw one employee at the time, she was friendly, but stayed behind the counter the whole time.
While they offer Classic flavors, they also offer unique ones… Their froYo is also very creamy, yum! I had their Cinnabon and cookies&cream. The Cinnabon had an awesome distinct flavor… But the cookies&cream was a bit more subtle. My daughter had PB. I wasn’t a huge fan of it, it had a weird taste, even though it was mixed with chocolate. Anyways. Their topping bar is awesome, if you are a chocolate lover, which I am. They have a ton chocolate/​sweets toppings. But they didn’t have much of the others… I would have appreciated the same kind of love for fresh fruits, granola, jellies, etc. they had some, but not as big a selection.
The ambience is very colorful, bubbly, and fun… They have a few tables inside, and several tables outside as well…

I absolutely love Menchies. So glad to have a froyo spot close to my house. My hubby and I go there at least once a week. The staff is always super friendly, and the place is always tidy. If you’re lucky enough to stop in on a day they have Toasted Marshmallow, it’s s must try! Our favorite by far! Deeeeeeelicious!

The cashier was super nice when I walked in. Very informative and excellent customer service. I give this place 5 stars because of their awesome selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. I love the peanut butter flavor and the cinnamon churro flavor. I’m into the whole tart selection so I’m so happy they had non-​tart selections!
Winner! I’ll be back for sure!

I don’t know what else to say about Menchie’s. This place totally exceeded my expectations. First off, I went in for date night and was immediately on sensory overload in a good way. There is so much fun inside and for a frozen yogurt experience they’ve thought of almost everything!
There are at least 8 different flavors plus the option to mix 2 together automatically (the machine will blend them for you) and I would say at least 30 different topping choices.
So absolutely pig out. The prices aren’t bad either. I got a cup and filled it pretty good and it was a little over $ 5. I got the Dulce de Leche flavor and it was sooooooooooooooooo good. Another thing I like is that they have all these little cups that the kid behind me knocked all over the floor. When not on the floor, these cups are used for tasting the different flavors so that you don’t end up with a regrettable combo.
Lastly — when you’re checking out, they give you a fun looking spoon to eat your Fro-​Yo with!
Ever hear of Manic Monday or TGIF Friday — on these days, you can fill your cup for $ 5! That’s right — put as much sweet goodness in your cup as you can handle and it’s $ 5!
Jigga-​whaaaat!!!

I was in the area, and since for some reason I saw them on undercover boss (I’m not sure why I watched that show don’t judge me), we stopped in. The selection was great, the store was clean, well lit and the staff was friendly.
My kids loved the topping selections and had fun making their treats. Although they ended up with some gigantic bowls!!!
Like other reviewers I was disappointed that they do not list the sugar content on the flavors and do no offer low sugar selections. This is the only thing that prevented a 5 star rating. It’s a good place if you don’t care about your sugar intake, next time I’ll let the kids get something and I’ll walk next door and get a coffee to avoid the sugar.

They have Dole whip… the fro-​yo you get at Disneyland without the line… the Dole pineapple fro-​yo that tourists at the Dole Plantation in Oahu wait for and it melt outside instantly. Yeah pretty amazing it’s right here in the valley. First time I had a chocolate covered strawberry freshly made on top of my fro-​yo! Husband got a bunch of different flavors and added the mochi. Yum! We took it to go but the tables were packed that night. We will be back. Awesome place let’s try to keep it more of a secret

They are sooo nice here! I think it’s part of their branding to be super welcoming and kind! I LIKE IT!
It’s a personable yogurt place if you will! I have some favorites around town already so I was pleasantly surprised to find that Menchies stacks up! They have more toppings than most yogurt places and their flavors are unique and good! You can still get your trusted vanilla and chocolate though, too!
My nephew loves it and they have a great loyalty program! We’ve been frequenting this place a lot this summer (I know it’s not officially summer til the 21^st, but you know what I mean!) :) and we already have gotten a quite a few rewards! They ask you if you want to use it or ‘stash ’ it! It’s a great time and I look forward to going back again!

Came here randomly looking for ice cream in the mission valley area.
When I walked inside I was so surprised and happy! I felt like a kid in a giant candy store. They have so many varietes of yogurt. I was even more excited when I saw the toppings section! I took my nephew here and we went yogurt crazy. Whats great about this place is that its kids friendly. They give out stickers and cut out pop out figures for free for the kids. The cardboard cutouts are of the different menchies yogurt mascots.
I will definitely come here and recommend this.

I HAD TO HAVE some dole whip when I saw an ad that said they sold DOLE WHIPS!!! I’ve been a Disneyland Passholder for many years, but don’t go much anymore. There are, however, some great food spots in Anaheim I’ve been craving, but that’s another story.
The Dole Whips you wait a ½ hour in line for at the Dole Pavilion in Disneyland lol, is RIDICULOUS, but they are ridiculously good, so you tough it out at Disneyland. Well, Menchies was right in my own backyard, so I was excited to try. OH MY GOSH!!!
I had Dole Whip sorbet, Ice Cream Sandwich sorbet, and Toasted Marshmallow sorbet. Then added REAL CUBED CHEESECAKE PIECES. I TELL YOU, you haven’t lived until you’ve had a Dole Whip (unless you just don’t like pineapple!) from Menchies.
The Dole Whip sorbet was so good, the Ice Cream Sandwich sorbet –so chocolatey– and the Toasted Marshmallow sorbet –so creamy, smooth and kind-​of almondy-​sweet. All excellent.
Everything was so tasty. The flavors were really good because they didn’t skimp on any ingredients while making their sorbet. Soo good. The girl who was working at the counter was very sweet and helpful. She was a real sweetheart.
I even signed up for their awards program (hence, the passport), cause I can see coming here a lot. My ‘smileage’ is going to add up fast. They’ve only been here for four months. This is a great addition to the Mission Valley Shopping area.

My husband and I have a serious addiction to frozen yogurt. We really need to get some professional help.
It’s a bummer that many places don’t offer a good selection of sugar-​free low-​carb, low-​calorie kind. I want a sweet treat, but I don’t want all that sugar!
Ok, so… this really excites me more than it should… Menchies offers a great rotating selection of low calorie yogurt (yes, we go often enough to know this)
For those who are interested in a serious sugar rush, they have a great selection of toppings. The topping station is always fresh, organized and spotless.
BONUS: If FREE waffle cones tickles your yogurt fancy, they’ve got you covered here, too.
My husband and I have noticed that no matter what time of day we visit, every employee we’ve encountered seems to genuinely enjoy their job. FOR REALS.
Menchies is generous with giving out stickers, game cards and balloons to any kids with sticky fingers. (adults, too!) It’s also immaculately clean, from the floors, to the tables to the bathrooms.
EXTRA BONUS: They have a frequent buyer card. The points add up real quick. (It’s not like you have visit a ga-​zillion times to get a pathetic-​sized yogurt.)
They also have regular promotions and hand out coupons at the counter as well. If you’re a military man or woman – flash your I.D. Menchies has your back.
If I wasn’t so concerned with fitting into my jeans, Menchies would be my second home.

Went in here to get some frozen yogurt. They had some great flavors. I picked Reese pieces and cake flavor for my yogurt and put little Reece pieces candy with orange mochi, cherries, strawberries and blueberry popping boba. It was so good! The flavors of the yogurt were good. Tasted exactly like the flavors. I enjoyed the blueberry popping boba, strawberries and mochi. Great dessert on a nice sunny day.
The inside was nice and very clean. There were a few tables inside but more tables outside.
I even joined the rewards program. The more smiley faces you earn, the more towards a discount. The lady at the register was nice and explained the rewards system. All you need to give her is your phone number.
There’s a parking lot up front but it is hard to find parking on a weekend. I definitely like this location. I will be back. Highly recommend!
