Memory Box Photobooth

Well, 3 days ago I spoke with a woman at this company regarding a booth rental for my wedding. I showed much interest and even asked about payment options, she replied that she had to email me a quote first but that she had to run a few errands so it would be a few hours. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited 3 days but still no quote, no response, no jack shit. Well I mean yes, yes jack shit.
Yea I know… people make mistakes, God knows I have had my fair share, ugh yikes, anyways,
but there is a fine line between a simple mistake and just plane ignorance.
I know what you’re saying…
maybe she wrote the email address down wrong? Maybe she lost it? Well thats weird if she did because we went over it 3 times and I even used the whole «A» for «apple» «B» for «boy» «C» for «Call Me B!» system people use when spelling over the phone… and she repeated it back to me, twice.
But ok let’s just say that she wrote it down wrong. If I’m her and a few hours later, after my errands, I sit down to send this customer that had just called a quote, and I realized I lost or got the email wrong wouldn’t I just call the customer back?
Ok I know what ur saying… maybe they don’t have caller ID, maybe they can’t view a recent call log, maybe she couldn’t find your number, and maybe it’s fuckin 1991 again and this «photo both» is actually just a large Polaroid Camera.
Anyways, I don’t want to hurt a small business with a bad review but I had a bad feeling about this the moment she answered the phone. Unilocal says that they open at 9am, well It seemed as if I woke her up at 9:15am when I called. Kinda unprofessional and makes it sound like I just called u on your recent calls-​less cellphone.
Bottom line, she probably just thought she dreamed our conversation and went back to sleep and it sucks because I liked the booth they had to offer. But hey, you really don’t want a vendor like this for your wedding day anyways, trust me, they might write it down wrong, lose something, forget about, or dream up some details and totally blow your wedding.
No Deal here folks.

I love Mary. She is amazing. She picks up the phone and is such a sweetheart, not only that, she responds to her emails so fast. She even threw in something because my fiancé was in the Marines. I just appreciate someone making my planning so much easier. I’ll update soon when they show up to our wedding!

We used Memory Box Photobooth for our association’s closing party while we were in San Diego. From booking to the event date Mary and her team were fantastic. Customized the graphics around the photos and all in all went above & beyond for our group. They were professional, easy to work with and had great props for the photobooth. Our attendees loved it and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Memory Box was at our company holiday party last night. It is very neat to have a funny memory with our company logo. The picture quality is outstanding and the photo developing was quick. No waiting for the photos meant more time for photo fun as there were so many props to pick from! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am able to view all protected photos from their website too. Great Job, and thank you!

They were absolutely amazing… we had them do our wedding this past Sunday in Diamond Bar… they did such a great job of building a guestbook for us, and allowing our guests to have a blast… they had our book done at the end of the night, our photos were online within 12 hours, and they started working on a video for us of all the photos within a day. without a doubt, I would use them again for another event… sincerely, a vendor above and beyond in a sea of mediocrity.

Mary and MB Photobooth team are amazing! From the start Mary was on top of it and was able to accommodate my theme into our photostrip! I thought that was really neat and loved the final design! Our guests loved the photobooth and loved the quality and clarity of each picture! They also have really fun props! My most memorable moment was being able to take pictures with not only my husband and bridal party but my brother and parents! It was an awesome experience! I’ve never seen such a different side to my parents! We’re so happy that we were able to book you guys!
We also loved the scrapbook! We thought that was a great idea and will definitely be a wedding keepsake for us. I would recommend Memory Box Photobooth for any wedding or parties!

Memory Box has an amazing staff… I was at my cousin’s wedding and while in line, I noticed alot of rude behavior such as people throwing props at the staff once they were done or demanding rediculous things. Not only the staff did not complain, but they did not reciprocate the rude behavior… If it was me, it would totally not be cool. I’d slap someone… j/​k. anyhow. they had alot of fun props. one of my fav is the conan wig but too bad it was too small for my head. LOL
The picture quality was really great and they did a great job in creating the photo template that matches the wedding invitation!!!
The only thing I would hope for is for a bigger booth because everyone loves group pictures so maybe one that would fit 6 instead of 4, that way about 10 ppl can sqeeze in and have memorable pics of their forheads and cheeks: D

The photo booth was definitely everyone’s favorite part of my wedding reception!!! The prop box and scrapbook are an absolute must have… Mary and the entire Memory Box team were true professionals and it was a pleasure working with them. The photos turned out great and the price was more than fair!!! I can’t wait to plan some unnecessary event just to have them come out again :)

Memory box was amazing! We ran into quite a few technical difficulties at our wedding and if it wasn’t for having Mary’s photo booth there distracting my guests, I don’t know what I would have done. My guests loved it and I kept hearing about what a great idea it was, a very cool keepsake, and how much fun they had with it!
While the guests were taking pictures, there was a scrapbook for my guests to put the extra copies of pictures they took. So hubby and I were able to go through those pictures that night and it was incredible being able to see how much fun everyone was having with all the fun props! I think my hubby had a hard time giving up his crown though… Lol.

We hired Memory Box on really short notice (less than three weeks before the wedding) and were really impressed by their prompt, friendly service. Mary went the extra mile for our custom curtains – instead of settling for the easy option (silver), she shopped around multiple places and found the rainbow curtains we really wanted. They also incorporated our invitation design in the photostrips.
During the wedding our guests were having a ball in the photobooth. The photobooth attendants glued the photostrips into the guestbook right away, so that most of the strips made it into the guestbook. They also supplied pens (in different sparkly colors). It was ready right after the wedding.
You and your guests can see the photostrips online immediately after the event in a password-​protected gallery.
We went for the HD video option: it’s a stop-​motion video of all the photostrips set to your choice of music. Cool way to see all of them in color (some of the printed strips were black and white). We also got a CD of all the images.
My one regret: Not taking more photobooth pictures.

Latino Family Media Inc. hired The Memory Box Photobooth for our Crest toothpaste booth at a community street festival. MB made our event booth a big success! The opportunity to take photobooth pictures attracted long lines to our Crest booth and event attendees were very happy with the quality of the photo strip. The staff members were friendly and worked well with our staff. The photobooth itself is very nice and the compact size was the perfect fit for our limited booth space. We would highly recommend MB for any event and occasion!

Just had MB Photobooth at my birthday party this last Friday. They were legit! The setup was real professional. The staff was super chill and friendly. The picture quality was really crisp and they came out instantly on the spot. Also, all the pictures are stored online on their website, so you and your guest can view them anytime.

I can’t say enough about MB Photobooth. I decided to get the photobooth after seeing all the great pictures on their Facebook page. It was a great idea! All of my guests of all ages loved the extra addition at my wedding. The booth was never empty and my guests were never bored!
I wanted a customer photostrip and the crew at MB worked hard and fast on providing me with the colors and design that I wanted. I was super pleased with the outcome!
And as an add-​on, I got the Photostrip video whic had the pictures on a slideshow to an awesome song. The pictures were synchronized to the beat of the song and was really nice to get! We love them and will certainly use them for all future events, including birthdays and our anniversaries. Thanks again guys!

MB Photobooth came to a wedding that I attended 6÷25÷2011. The staff was friendly + professional. The props they had was so adorable! and one of a kind! I especially loved the personalized theme for the photo strip (refer to pic). Also, come to find out… I even recognized Mary who was helping w/​the scrapbook frm middle school! (You go girl!).
Needless to say, all the guests had fun and enjoyed the cutesy service provided by MB.

OMG! The Memory Box Photobooth is the «IT» thing to have at weddings, parties, or events. Not only do you get your photos instantly, you get the option to choose blk/​white or color, and the photos are high quality with cute borders. Photos are also viewable online and downloadable… this is a PLUS in my book!!! I’ve been to so many events where the Photobooths are cheesy, with just drapes and a stool to sit on!

We decided we needed something to add a little pizzazz to our wedding and ended up renting a Memory Box Photobooth. Oh what a marvelous decision we made! The sleek, black photobooth looks modern and easily blended in with our wedding theme. The Memory Box Photobooth crew were great and made sure everything went smooth. The best part is that our wedding guests were overwhelmingly entertained by the photobooth and were having a fun-​filled time with all the extra photo props.
The photobooth absolutely elevated the fun and energy level of our wedding. Brides tend to worry that things won’t turn out as expected on the wedding day.
