Business Owner

Wayne graduated from Hemet HS in 1982. He went to Cal State Fullerton for 1 year studying Computer Science. He started his insurance career in Van Nuys with FGS in 1984 at the age of 19; the youngest agent ever hired. At 20 he was promoted to mgmt and was transferred to San Diego as an asst mgr. At 21 he became the mgr of the San Diego office and within another 2 years became the regional mgr for San Diego and So. Orange Counties; all accomplished in record time and age. During his tenure at FGS he trained and managed more than 120 sales agents, managers and their support staff, the majority of which were more than twice his age. At 27 he left FGS and opened his own agency, McCormick Insurance Solutions.

Wayne is married and has 3 children; Ken, Nathan and Kaitlyn.

He enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, fishing, sports, entrepreneurship, investing, and photography.
