History

Established in 2003.

In 2003, W.J. Bradley Company founder, William J. Bradley, launched the Company’s flagship merchant partnership, W.J. Bradley Merchant Partners, LLC («Merchant Partners») to affect a large-​scale consolidation strategy in the residential mortgage industry.

Between 2003 and 2004, W.J. Bradley Company administered two principal initiatives designed to position the Company to launch its acquisition, integration and consolidation strategy:

Through Merchant Partners, the Company conducted an intensive two-​year research and development effort that ultimately delivered a robust and scalable acquisition and integration infrastructure.

Through the Company’s broker/​dealer entity, W.J. Bradley Company Investment Banking/​Capital Markets («IBCM»), W.J. Bradley was actively involved in both buy and sell-​side M&A engagements in the residential mortgage space. This effort surfaced both market intelligence and fostered the development of a proprietary deal-​flow pipeline of independent mortgage

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and an intense work ethic, May Nguyen is passionate about real estate finance. «I have always been drawn to mortgages and financing,» she explains. «I realize I have the ability to take complex processes and assist others in understanding how to make them work.» As a Mortgage Loan Officer, May Nguyen truly enjoys helping others reach their real estate goals.

In 2006, May started her career in the real estate mortgage industry. She parlayed her experience in prospecting, sales, and marketing to become a top agent. Today, as a Loan Officer for WJ Bradley Mortgage, she works to maximize her level of service and representation to both her clients and realtor partners.

May is the Guest Speaker Coordinator for the Downtown Caravan. She is also an active member of the non-​profit charity Friends of Downtown. As an Affiliated Board Member, May will continue to provide insight, enthusiasm, and dedication to the real estate community.
