This place was great! We got an awesome deal on a brand new name brand mattress, they were super accommodating with us wanting to lay on them and helping us try different ones. The one we chose is the most comfortable mattress I have owned! They also support the military and gave us a discount on top of the already great prices! I highly recommend this place for your next mattress!

These folks were very helpful. I just wish our mattress fit our bed frame. I love it, but it’s impossible to change the sheets since it’s too big for the frame. Darn! I wish we would have measured first.

The wife and I decided that it was time for a new mattress. The one we had for about 5 years, which we bought from Ashley Furniture, had divots where we slept. We’re not overweight or anything, so either the mattress wasn’t of very high quality, or we spend too much time in bed… but I digress.
So we went to the usual places shopping for a mattress. So much fun (not). After visiting a few places, we found that the mattresses that we liked, and wanted, were either of the memory foam or the «hybrid» variety… and that with adjustable foundations, ranged from $ 3500 to over $ 7k…wow.
So on a whim, and after reading reviews on Unilocal,we visited a few «discount» mattress places. I did not have high hopes after visiting a couple… they were in dark shady warehouses, and seemed really shady. The salespeople appeared to be heavily medicated (THC)…though we may be wrong about that.
So when we walked into Mattress Sale Liquidators, we were expecting much of the same.
The place isn’t much to look at, but it was reasonably clean. We were met by Diane, who manages the place. We told her what we were looking for (An Eastern King mattress… fairly hard to find in Cali, where Cali King is… well…King…). She told us that she didn’t get very many of those, but to check back. As we were about to walk out, Diane had a «Eureka!» moment. She had in stock, a pair of Twin XL mattresses, which when put side by side, makes an Eastern King mattress. This also enabled us to have a «split» king bed, so each side can be adjusted separately, if a split foundation were to be used. The Twin XL mattresses were of super high quality (MSRP of like $ 1200 each)…and she told us that she would make us a sweet deal. The downside was that she did not have any adjustable foundations in stock, and did not get them often. So we told her that we would get back to her when we found a reasonable pair of foundations.
We we able to mail order a pair of adjustable foundations that night, and went back the next day for the mattresses. Diane, true to her word, gave us a good discount on her already reasonable price, and we were out the door. We were happy with the deal, the purchase, and the interaction with Diane. In today’s retail environment where customer service is almost non-​existent, she gets it… she shines.
We now sleep better than ever, and attained this goal without breaking the bank.
So, in summary… if you need mattresses, give Diane a shot. Chances are better than good that you’ll come out happy and with money left in the bank.

Diane was amazing. We told her what we liked (Marriott beds, who doesn’t?) — and she knew exactly what we wanted. We ended up going with the first bed she recommended even though we tried out at least 12! The price was INCREDIBLE — and the delivery was perfect. What a GREAT team of people. (Kudos to the nicest delivery guy of all time, too!)

Great price, found what i was looking for. Have a lot of name brand mattresses. The sales associates are extremely nice and helpful. They let you test all the mattress you want. I got th costco queen at a great price with box. Cant be happier.

Hi praise for MSL! I came back after having shopped there before. I mentioned to Diane that my previous mattress was sagging and how my back was hurting. She really went above and beyond my expectations and upgraded me to another Sealy with more springs and pillowy top. Delivery was same day and I even had help hauling my old mattress to the alley. Thank you MSL for helping me sleep better. They have low prices and do business differently than most department stores and chain retailers. This should be your first stop when shopping for a mattress.

My fiancé and I have been to Diane twice now and both visits have ended in notthing but a great mattress at a great price with the best customer service we have ever recieved. The first time we met Diane at her old location and she gave us a great deal on a queen matress with box springs included. We left the San Diego area in december of 2014 and returned recently november 2015. Her buisness has grown and she relocated to a new location around the corner from her old location but the customer service has not changed a bit! Her staff is amazing and I always believe that happy staff reflects on excellent managment. We have since purchased a king sized bed from her which we both love just as much as the first mattress we purchased from her. The delivery driver was on time and fast! I thought I would have to help him pick up the king sized matress but he just threw it over his head and walked up two flights of stairs !! A great place to buy a mattress and I look forward to sending Diane as much buisness as I can!

Its a warehouse like store in an office park. Nothing fancy just a bunch of great name brand mattresses stacked up high. The women who helped me was great. She was patient with me trying out the different types of mattresses. Not pushy at all. I got a great sealy mattress with box spring and frame with delivery for $ 525. Can’t beat that! I had it delivered 1 hour after purchase! The delivery guy was great too. Very pleasant and helpful. My entire experience from beginning to end was really good. I would recommend to others

Great prices for buying mattresses for rentals! Hard to find sizes, and I found a fantastic deal on a gorgeous king-​size high-​end mattress. Very helpful customer service, easy to purchase and delivery was on time and up a flight of stairs.

My husband and I were in search of a new mattress and we found this place. We have had our bed now for a few months and we absolutely love it. It’s changed my life… my bed is now my favorite place to be. The two negatives I would give this place is that there is not a ton of variety, we got to choose out of a total of two different beds. Thankfully, we loved one of the two. My second negative is that they charge a ton to deliver and only one person delivers, so you have to hope someone is home that can help their delivery person carry your bed in or your screwed.

We Bought our son a nice Sealy pillow top firm mattress that normally cost $ 699 at Costco for $ 375. We called ahead of time and Diane had a couple of mattresses pulled out so he could try them. It even had the matching box spring. They put it into the back of the truck for us. Diane was very friendly and helpful.

Went there just to look and ended up getting the mattress… customer service was wonderful and the prices are amazing!

I was so thankful to find this business. Diane worked with me to replace an $ 800 mattress I had sold before my move to San Diego, at less than half the price. The concept of this business is ingenious and saves the consumer up to 50% on high-​end mattresses that are almost equivalent to brand new. Diane found the same quality mattress I would have purchased for full retail value, in like new condition and arranged everything to have it delivered and set up in the same day. If you’re looking for great costumer service, FAST service and a great deal on a great bed– look no further. I cannot more highly recommend this business.

I walked in mid-​day and was instantly greeted by Mickey. I told exactly what I wanted «queen, firm, no crazy padding on top b/​c I had a memory foam» and within 1 minute (maybe two), he had retrieved exactly what I asked for. After flopping around on the mattress like a fish for a minute, it was winner winner chicken dinner.
While he rang up my purchase and shot the breeze, it had felt like I was buying a mattress from an old high school buddy. He tried to have the mattress delivered the same day, but since his and my available hours didn’t align, he had set me up for delivery first thing the next day.
Highly recommended for anyone who isn’t interested in over-​paying for a mattress.

Came in looking for a new mattress set after almost over-​paying for another at one of the large chains. A very nice young man named Riley helped me find a mattress I liked. He was very friendly and patient, I didn’t feel rushed nor was he annoyed at the fact that I kept going back to other mattresses I already tested!
I took advantage of their $ 50 for $ 100 off deal and they delivered my mattress in 3 days. Even the delivery driver was super friendly! My experience was great, I am in love with my new bed and have already recommended my neighbor to them for his new bed. They saved me about $ 250 from what I was about to purchase.
My only issue is that I wished they had removal of old mattress/​boxspring service, it took me a few days to unload my old set.

Chris you are the best! Best customer service. Chris is willing to move any mattress for you to lay on, take your time, no pressure. I found the exact mattress online. I paid less than ¼ of that original $ 2,000 through mattress sale liquidators. I did pick up my own mattress and box spring but they are willing to deliver for $ 50. I would recommend them to anyone.

Go to Chris, and he will take care of you. He listens very well to your needs, and preferences to make you walk out with your best matching bed. Chris is super when to come to customer service skills. We need more people like working to build a better force

Don’t get ripped off at regular chain stores, neither look for a dirty used bed on craigslist!
This outlet store has some great matrasses for every budget (up to 70% retail price or more).
Go to Diana, and she will take care of you.
She listens very well to your needs, and preferences to make you walk out with your best matching bed.
Even though the matrasses aren’t presented like a regular store– showroom, but piled up; they still get every mattress on the floor for you would wish to try with no hassle.
I stopped here almost around closing this Sunday, and got my queen bed + box-​spring delivered same day.
Usually I go to bed pretty late, but since I’ve shopped here I will have earlier and longer nights with 100% rest.
Nevertheless, sleeping is a full-​time job since we spend over 50 hours sleeping, so it’s more than worth it.
Would recommend this to ANYONE!

Diane was wonderful to work with. We arrived not having any idea about what kind of mattress we wanted (knowing only that we wanted a standard king), and she walked us through all of the options. We ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid (memory foam over springs) that we love. It was $ 1,000 out the door (including box springs and delivery), and it would have been at least twice that anywhere else.
The delivery guy absolutely went above and beyond to help us get the mattress up our very narrow, winding staircase. He had a great, positive attitude the whole time, which we really appreciated!

My best friend just moved back from San Francisco and since she’s a constant moving graduate student splurging on a $ 1200 mattress she would only use for a year is quite pointless!
After much Unilocal searching and scoping on the internet, I came across this place. One thing that stuck out was that it’s 5 stars and it’s a Liquidator place, so I told her this is the first place we have to go to!
It wasn’t too difficult to find the place and once we arrived, the owner Diane greeted us immediately with a friendly face! We told her what we were looking for and showed us a few options. When my friend first told me her budget for a mattress, I thought she was a bit ridiculous because I felt like she needed more money in her budget! She wanted a foam top mattress originally, but after talking to Diane she said those don’t have that great of the support your spine needs. My friend tried the one out in their showroom and loved it & once Diane saw it she said she had one like that in the warehouse. Only had one blemish, but told us they sanitize each mattress before they personally sell it which was an added bonus.
Diane made an incredible offer with the mattress, box spring, and bed frame, but as good shoppers we decided to go to Tap Ex down the street and think about it. However I told her that it was honestly an unbeatable price! 30 minutes later, she was signing the paper!
The incredible part was the mattress, box spring, bed frame, tax + delivery was ALL under her budget! They delivered the mattress the next day and were on time as well! If you live in the area, I would recommend coming here! They also have locations in Orange County and LA.
