Mark Griffiths, DDS

Dr. Griffiths is a wonderful dentist and has a great support team behind him. Nothing but friendly, understanding and caring. I’ve had several serious procedures done by Dr Griffiths and really felt like he takes extra care to get everything done absolutely correctly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Griffiths since he bought this practice years ago and I have been nothing but happy with the entire operation! The office staff and hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Griffiths is friendly, honest, and gentle with his patients. Some things I appreciate about him is that he truly cares for his patients and tells me the truth, gives me examples and scenarios, and takes the time to explain things to me. I never feel rushed and I always feel appreciated and cared for.

Dr. Mark and his staff are highly professional and friendly. I’ve been a patient since he took over the practice from dr. Okihara when he retired. The practice is top notch and dr. Mark and staff will welcome you and make you feel at ease.

Ok. I too responded to a flier and went in and had my teeth cleaned. He ground my crown for free (see Padre Dental review). The office is beautiful, staff are very professional and I found Dr. Griffiths to be very professional and personable. They recommended work that I knew I needed to have completed, however, being self employed I have to pay out of pocket and declined to have the work done. They were very kind and understanding about this. No pressure. They honored the flier and both my husband and myself have returned over the last year to have our necessary dental work. Four stars because I believe they are more expensive than most, however, I also believe it is worth the cost.

It would take a lot of space to describe the outstanding work done by Dr. Griffiths and his staff. So I will cut to the chase:
My entire family and I have been patients of Dr. Griffiths since the first day he opened this office, and every experience we have ever had has been professional, caring and (most importantly) painless. Without exception, I can say his work has been exceptional!
From the moment you walk through the door, the staff excels at putting you at ease, and you get the feeling that you are with friends. You trust them because they really care about your health.
I would recommend them to everyone.

Being a retired dentist after 40 years in the business, and also being an Accredited Member and Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as an Examiner for both Accreditation and Fellowship, I have seen the work of many dentists applying for these prestigious achievements. I have also been a patient of Dr. Griffiths for 10 years starting when he was working with myself and Dr. Lawrence Addleson at the San Diego Art of Dentistry.
Dr Griffiths has all the skills necessary to take care of his patients. He also has an incredible staff to help him. I am sure that anyone seeking excellent dental care at a reasonable price will be most happy with this office.

My former dentist, Russell Okihara, retired a year or so ago and Dr. Griffiths took over his practice. I had been with Dr. Okihara for so long, that I felt a little apprehensive about having a new doctor. However, I soon found out that Dr. Griffiths and his staff were great and I was immediately made to feel at ease. I am very confident in Dr. Griffiths and would highly recommend him to others. He is a good guy and easy to talk with.

Excellent, never had such a carrying dentist in my life before. It isn’t easy to find someone who listens to you, and care for giving you a solution on time.

I have been using Dr. Griffith for the past 3 years, I have found the dental work performed to be exceptional and the staff to be friendly and professional. I recently had my teeth cleaned and bleach and the results were amazing. Sorry Susan had such a bad experience, mine has been the opposite.

These guys are scam artists. I received an offer for new clients to pay $ 99 and get an exam, xrays, cleaning and whitening. I primarily wanted whitening and had a short time frame to get it done in. So I called to see if I came in for the cleaning if I could get the whitening trays the same day. I was told I could. So I went in, had xrays and exam and had no cavities, but was given an estimate of $ 8,000 worth of work I supposedly needed done. I declined. I asked for the trays and was told that the cleaning they gave me was cursory and my teeth needed a more thorough cleaning before the whitening would work well. I said I’d absolve and release them from the results and would take my chances, but they would not give me the trays unless I had further cleaning, for something like $ 150. I was not about to do that, so I saw my dentist (who doesn’t do whitening, which is why I went to these guys) and had a deep cleaning with him (for much less). Then when I called Dr. Griffith’s office and told them I’d had a second cleaning and wanted to come in for the trays, the woman on the phone asked if I’d had it done with them; when I said no, she said then I could not get the whitening done. Bait and switch, if I ever heard of one. Come in for this great deal, but first you’ve gotta buy one of our other services before we’ll honor it. Bring your business elsewhere!
