Manzanita Trail

I’m in the market for a new home and viewed the new community of Manzanita Trail. The sales staff, model homes and prices were the best in Carmel Valley /​Pacific Highlands Ranch. Pardee Homes is at the top of my list for quality builders in great locations. From the high $ 600K’s for the sq ft and what is included in the price, this is my first choice. The sales staff is welcoming, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

This afternoon we were looking at homes in the Cathedral High School neighborhood. We had about an hour before we were to meet friends for dinner so we stopped to see the models at Manzanita Trail.
We found the floor plans to be very comfortable thoughout. Based on our observations, since last year, for similiar homes and these new models this year, it appears we would be getting much more for our money this year with these new homes. The models seemed busy, with 3 other couples talking with the sales people. We looked all around and then came back with our questions. The ladies kept the models open for us until after 6pm and graciously answered all of our questions. Thank you Patty & Mary
I would recommend doing business with the ladies at this new home project., we will be.

Recently I decided to tour these new home models since they just opened up in Pacific Highlands Ranch near the Arabella and Portico neighborhoods in Carmel Valley.
These houses are, of course, ridiculously overpriced but people will pay to be in the 92 130. Overall the floorplans were of decent designs with some having alley access and some having driveways up front.
The sales office seemed professional and knowledgeable without being too pushy — perhaps because we visited at 5:00 and the office was closing at 5:30 PM.
Overall, a pleasant experience but we were treated better and feel we had a better constructed house from Shea. You can see my Madeira review for more of my thoughts on that.
