Okay so here’s my experience with these guys — I called them up to make sure they had the breaker in stock and was greeted by a lady with an attitude. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it was a Friday and they are closed on the weekends. So as with most encounters with mean people you brush it off and move on with your day. I go to purchase my breaker there and I’m again greeted by rudeness with the guy at the counter. I’m not getting into the details of the exchange but they should really review there policy on customer relations. I’ll drive to Los Angeles for a obsolete breaker before I go back to that place.

These guys have a lot of breakers! I was excited to see such a selection! Then I saw their sign! What kind of business doesn’t accept returns in today’s day and age?! The breaker you sold me did not solve my problem and now I’ve given you $ 40 and you have given me a USED breaker which is of no use to me. On what principal can you justify your no return all sales final policy with a brick and mortar store front? How can you stay in business with this policy?

This place is awesome. As an electrical contractor I get asked to fix things in emergency situation often.
