Mana Creative

I hired Mana Creative to redo my website. At first things were going fine and then Melissa Manalad started to be unresponsive to my emails, and phone calls. Then the deadlines started being missed. My project was suppose to be completed 3 months ago and now they won’t return my calls or emails. Last time I repeatedly called I was giving a lame excuse about issues with their phone being lost. Hey which I understand but your phone was missing for a week? And that doesn’t explain the lack of email response.
This company is not dependable, reliable, professional and lacks follow through. One of the last emails I got «I was able to resolve that last coding issue.» Which leaves me questioning whether they had the skills to get my project complete.
I had paid half of my fee for work and I have nothing to show for it. Also be careful because this company tries to upsell you on everything and the contract is written only to protect them. I was very disappointed and now I have to hire someone else to complete the project. All I would have appreciated was a little honesty– hey we don’t have time for your project or whatever it was.
