Mad Bull

Thank you Alex for making this past Saturday’s birthday weekend so much fun. Everyone had a blast on the bull and it complimented our western theme party. Kids and adults of all ages jumped right on it and were able to enjoy a simulated bull ride. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I will definitely recommend to all those who are considering having a mechanical bull at their next festivities.

If I could I wouldn’t even give this «business» a star. It was horrible service. They had a kid who looked like he was 12 years old operating the mechanical bull. About 30 minutes after the arrival of the bull it stopped working and the kid was clueless. He didn’t know what to do. We asked him to contact the owner, but the owner never showed up until about 3 hours later (which was the time it needed to be picked up). We explained to the owner what happened and what was wrong but he still wanted to charge full price and didn’t want to acknowledge the fact that the bull was not working which was their fault. The wiring connected from the control to the bull was cut up and loose from the inside of the plastic cover. The owner was very upset because we were not willing to pay the full price and threatened a couple of the party guests that he’s from the «hood» and that he couldn’t come any sooner because he was too busy watching a movie with his kids. Really? That was a silly excuse and very unprofessional. Please, if you are looking to rent a mechanical bull, don’t look here. You’re better off just renting a jumper. Once again, horrible service!!! 03÷12÷16 day of the event.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at our home which was a Western theme. We found Mad Bull via an internet ad and found that their pricing was very reasonable. Alex was awesome to work with! He was prompt, punctual, and friendly. His communication was also great and he answered all of our questions/​concerns. He responded to phone calls and text messages quickly. Don’t let the 1 star Unilocal reviews fool you. We decided to take a risk and give him a shot because we didn’t want to base our decision on 2 bad reviews. He didn’t give us a discount or anything for writing this review. We honestly felt he earned his 5 stars this past weekend. Everyone (adults and kids) had a great time! We wish him and his business success in the future.
