Advantages: His quotes are cheap. Some of the work is acceptable.
Cons: Poor workmanship in some cases.
The owner of this business is unprofessional and does not like his customers to tell him his workers made a mistake. Does not accept criticism of his work. He seems violent and dangerous if provoked.
Not sure if he has a license for contracting but in either case he does not do all the work. He hires several Mexicans to do the work. By that time, I had signed the contract, so I made no further license checks.
