I had a great experience with Luyi Photography and got a set of amazing photos. She was super nice and gave great tips about the best pose. She was able to capture the best moment from a professional photographer’s angle. I would highly recommend choosing her for family or couple pictures.

Luyi is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so sweet and enthusiastic and eager to please. Her photography is beautiful — she captures some breathtaking images I’ve seen.
We used Luyi for our 2015 holiday family photo session and I could not have been happier. She is everything I’m looking for in a photographer. And the biggest bonus is that she is so affordable making it possible to keep hiring her. We already have plans to use her for all of our photography needs.

My friend and I started our own fitness apparel line and have been on the hunt for a photographer who could help bring our photos and brand to life; our search is now over. After a few disappointing shoots with other «professional» photographers in the area, we stumbled upon Luyi. We hired her based on her portfolio in hopes that she could produce better results than what we had accumulated so far.
Luyi was all set up before we (the two owners of the company) arrived at the location of the shoot. Luyi made the models feel comfortable and worked amazingly well with them, often coming up with and creating some of our best shots. It was a cool feeling because everything went so smoothly and not much effort was exerted on our end.
The real pleasure came when looking through the photos. Often times when sifting through a 1000-​or-​so photo shoot, you will be lucky to get 1 – 5 home-​runs (the kinds of photos that you’d feel comfortable being published on your website). In our previous photo shoots, we almost had to force ourselves to find those. This was the total opposite! We found too many amongst Luyi’s shots.
In a field where so many professionals cookie cut, it was very refreshing to find someone with artistic vision. Someone who seemed to care and take pride in every single shot. Luyi is a hidden gem and we are pleased to call her our brands photographer!

We met Luyi when she just discovered her photography passion. In her pictures we discovered that she had a lot of talent and asked her to take pictures of our one-​year-​old daughter. The photographs came out beautiful! Even though it was not an easy session, everybody knows how difficult it is to keep one-​year-​old keep calm and pose, Luyi captured very characteristic and adorable looks of our daughter.

Luyi photographed Castle Park High School’s 50^th Reunion. We had over 100 people attend and she did a phenomenal job of capturing friends reconnecting with each other and reminiscing about their high school days. It was an amazing evening and her photos captured it all. She is an amazing photographer and we so appreciated the great job she did!

I love her pictures! I had seen some of her past pictures of other people and they were all very beautiful so I was very excited when she said she can take a picture of me. I never had a professional photograph taken except for year book pictures so I was just clueless and probably awkward too, but she gave me some advise on posing and I somehow got by, still feeling a little unsure. But then she sent me the pictures later and I just couldn’t believe how I looked in them. I looked so nice! I would say it’s the best version of me that I have ever seen, and I will probably go back to these pictures whenever I want some self-​esteem booster. It was the most flattering experience and I would recommend Luyi to anyone who is looking for a nice set of portrait pictures for good memory.

We were fortunate to have Luyi captured two of our precious moments in life. One when I was pregnant, and the other when our little girl was 2 weeks old.
Both time, the pictures turned out absolutely phenomenol. I’ve got ton of compliments of the portrait.

Luyi was a phenomenal photographer to work with! I came to her for help building my modeling portfolio and was absolutely blown away by how talented she was! She did a phenomenal job with lighting and angles, and the edits were fantastic! She ended up providing me with some incredibly beautiful shots that helped my modeling career a lot! I saw several of Luyi’s pictures in Facebook and recognized her talent for photography. One day I invited her to take pictures of my active one year old daughter. Luyi was very humble and said that until now she has never taken pictures of babies. I didn’t think anything about it and set up a time around two weeks later. Once the photo shoot began I understood what she meant. Our little girl kept moving constantly and didn’t listen to a word we said and you can forget about posing.
The photos turned out great. Better than we ever dreamt of and if you know any proud parents, then you know how hard that can be to surpass their expectations. The photos captured her natural beauty in ways we had never seen before with our own eyes.
The entire experience was fun and low stress which was important for us. Our daughter felt comfortable around Luyi and you can see this in the photos.
Some time has gone by and she has taken photos of other babies and we have scheduled our next shoot with her. Consider yourself lucky if you can book Luyi!

Luyi is fantastic. The pictures she took for me were the best photos I have ever had!!! The shooting experience was very unique for me and she was very polite and patience the whole time. You can feel the passion she has while working with her. She really enjoys the artworks she captures and I am sure you will too.

My wife and I have three kids and we requested Luyi to take some photographs of our children. Luyi picked the location and time and the photographs came out more beautiful than we can imagine. The best of all is that the kids all really enjoyed the time spent with Luyi and she even taught the kids how to take simple pictures. Highly recommended !!
