Do me a HUUUUUUUGEEEEE favor don’t ever come here!!! Ruuuuuuuuun. Save yourself some money!!! I came here to have my highlights done and showed her the picture of what I really want, She said yes I can do that, so I thought she could coz it seems like she was too confident about it and she sounds like it was a piece of cake. She rushed everything that’s why the end results of my highlights was so aweful that I couldn’t even go to sleep that night. So I texted her and told her that I was not happy with my hair. She said to come the next day and she’ll fix it for me and my hair will be beautiful, just like the one I showed her in the picture. But daaaaaaammmmnnnnn, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! IT WAS UGLY AS F**K!!! I got a second opinion and they told me that I shouldn’t have paid her. Oh well, I can’t take money back anymore… So please, don’t you ever ever come here. Waste of time and money… Run as fast as you can… I wish there’s 0 star, I or negative star…

My wife came here to have her hair done. And we just wasted close to $ 100 for a horrible job. My wife showed a picture of what she wanted and the highlights on her hair were barely visible. So my wife was not happy and was told to come back. We came back and still a horrible job. She offered for me to go have my haircut and I’m like hell nah. I’m staying with Q cute barber place. This place is a highway robbery for costumers. Do not come here…

So I saw the 50% off sign out and taught it was too good to be true! Well it was I mean this was the worst place I’ve been to. How can they still be in business?! The fake nails she put on were way too small didn’t fit my nails and she put way too much acrylic and was messy all over and under my nails. She didn’t bother fixing it I had to tell her what to fix and buff. It was so frustrating and disappointing. My nails look a hot mess and the nail polish was old and didn’t dry at all. I had to do it again at home. I’m NEVER going to this place again! Not worth $ 20 what a waste of time and money.

I can see why this place has such bad reviews. Ugh I should have listened. I went in to get a full set and this is the messiest job anyone has ever done on my nails :/​I paid $ 31 (a dollar charge for credit card) for this.

I am getting my toes painted as I am writing this review…
The polish are old, therefore, it looks very clumpy when it is painted on. The moment I step in the salon, they up sale me asking me to get a manicure also. $ 10 for manicure with no massage, barely cutting my cuticles, barely even filing. Paint job was a joke.
The lady doing my pedicure puts in way more effort, but (again) the polish just makes it look like a child painted my nails.
Won’t be coming back.

Pretty unfortunate experience. Just wanted full set tips with gel and it took over two hours (at $ 35). I felt like I was constantly asking her to correct the shape or length because they were either crooked or uneven edge and then the thickness was bumpy and uneven. I asked her repeatedly to correct the thickness and bumpiness and they still aren’t that great. Got a slight cut from the electric file… If you look in the attached photos you can see the shaping is still a bit crooked and from the side view it looks like she just cut a whole edge off. There were some bits of clear dried glue I just picked off after I got home. There was no manicure process other than cutting my cuticles. there was no lotion… I have cracked dryness all around each nail even after applying my own lotion after. It’s good to know where NOT to go.

I had a terrible experience here. The lady cut my bangs too short and screwed my haircut. She kept asking me if i ll pay by cash or card from time to time. She seemed to desperate to have money from me but not interested in providing a good service. went in there to trim my side bangs.

This place is the worse place you will ever set your feet in. If I could I wouldn’t give them a star at all. At first I came to the nail salon because it was just down the street from my house. All I wanted was acrylic nails and for them to be a coffin shape and colored nicely. First off the lady that the other employees refer to as the «so called manager» had me call AT&T for her which is very unprofessional and I’m not there to do her any favors I just want to get my nails done. Secondly the «manager»…Kim cuts and shapes my nails really pointy which I did not like. During the whole hour and a half that I was there she had one of the other employees to finish my nails then telling me to help her with her AT&T situation and talk to her family members about it… By the time I was done I couldn’t wait to go home… But when I got home I noticed that my nails were smudged because they didn’t have the machine to dry your nails and just had me air dry them and then I noticed that some were crooked. I had work the next day so I wasn’t able to come back so I decided to go the day after that so they could fix my nails.
I come back to the salon and show them my nails and tell them that they are not what I wanted everything was horrible and I was embarrassed to be out in public with them. I also asked for a new set so they could fix where they went wrong. It took half an hour of telling them I wanted a new set that they finally were willing to listen and take of my first set. Since they screwed up my first set I figured I would go even simpler and just having a square shape and color. When they put my acrylics on they didn’t clean my nails all the way and left the old nail polish residue and blood from taking off the old set and didn’t have me wash my hands. Then at the end the «manager»…Kim kept asking for money since they had to fix my nails that they screwed up on. I still wasn’t happy with their services but my nails looked a little better then the first set… Key work is little. My thumb was still crooked… Few days after that I decided to go to a different salon that my friends rave about called nails by tin and have them fix my nails and have them clean them up better so that you couldn’t see the old nail polish residue or blood and fix my thumb so it wouldn’t look so crooked. When Tina from nails by tin was sanding down my acrylics to make remove any nail polish she noticed that my nails weren’t glued on right and that the ladies didn’t hold the plastic nail part to my nail long enough because it was lifted and would snap of any day… Needless to say the next day three broke off… The next day I went to luxury hair and nails and told them that it had only need 5 days and the nails were already breaking off! I asked for my money back because I was I satisfied with their services. The «manager»…Kim told me that their were no refunds. I asked to speak to he owner and have his business card so I can contact him and she told me he was very busy with his family and work and didn’t have time to speak with me. She then goes on about how that money was their commission and just wanted me to leave it alone. I left and later that day I called to check in to see if the owner has come by and if not I left my number with one of the employees to leave for him… Which I doubt they gave to him… So I called again later and the «manager»… Kim answered the phone and I asked to speak to the owner and she said he wasn’t their so I asked if the manager was and she said their is no manager to run the business and hung up on me… so I called back and she disconnected the phone… So I called again and she didn’t answer it… And then a final time I called and she told me I had the wrong number… Which I didn’t because I got it off of their website… This is the worst place do not come here don’t waste your money. And if the owner reads this he needs to replace his staff.

This has to be the worst place ever. I dont know if its because of the language barrier but i was waiting for 20 minutes. There was only 2 employees. In the first 30 minutes u was there 5 customers walked out. She tried to upsale me a couple of times after i told her i only needed a regular pedicure. She ignored an elderly lady that walked in with a migraine wanting a simple head massage. After she waited about 30 minutes, they couldnt understand she just wanted a simple head massage. They insisted on a hair color treatment. She got so fruatrated she walked out angry and the lady doing my nails had the guts to say she was crazy. Another customer that had walked in with a call in appt. Walked out as well. She didnt give me an accurate price. She did my pedicure put my shoes on and said thank you. Didnt let them dry. I just wanted to get out of there so fast i am never comming here. This was my second and last experience with them. I also did not tip them due to their horrible service.

The customer service was decent but the quality of work done on my spa pedicure was terrible. The lady that did my gel manicure was okay, no complaints. The woman with the glasses, who did my pedicure, was extremely rough with my feet and pulled skin off my cuticles. I could see I was bleeding and at the time, it didn’t dawn on me the dangers of putting my feet back in the water. Well the result of having an open cut on both of my feet I got an infection the next day on both of my big toes. So not only was the quality of work terrible they aren’t doing a good job disinfecting their sinks. I wish I could get my money back. Waste.

I’ve driven pass the place few times, noticing their big sign that reads, «Under New Management». I figured I’d check it out.
I went in wanting a simple manicure. The manicurist told me to sit down and brought over (almost iced cold) little bowl of water. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, she finally started working on my nails. She started vigorously filing down my nails w/​the hand tool, then said, «gel nails ok? I only charge you $ 25.» I told her no thank you, I don’t want gel nails, just a simple manicure. She relentlessly tried to get me to go with gel nails, kept saying, «Only $ 25». She was making all sorts of conversation, even started complimenting me on everything. After repeatedly telling her no thank you, maybe next time, she told me to go pick out a color. It was obvious at this point by her facial expression that she was not happy with her inability to up-​sell me. I asked her about the big sign outside that said, «50% off nails & spa». She said, «Oh, pedi only.» Slightly misleading and a bit confusing, but whatever.
Then comes the highlight of my visit. After applying lotion on my arms, she tried (with very little attempt) to open the nail polish bottle. After giving it a mere light twist, she handed the bottle to me and said, «Open this.» I thought this a bit rude, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe her hands were slippery. I was unable to open the bottle since my hands too were slippery. She then told me, «Go get something else.» While I went to grab a new bottle, she had decided to switch my seat to another table. Ok, fine. I came back and handed her the new bottle. She looked at me, pointed at the bottle, and told (not asked) me to open the bottle. With my super human power, I was able to open it with an effortless twist, in essence, I did part of her job for her.
After she applied a total of 4 coats on my nails without a pause, or a conversation, she shuts the bottle and say, «Ok, you done.» No fans, no top coat, no nothing. I was so fed up by this point I just wanted to leave, even if my nails weren’t dry… not that I even had that option. She at least helped my get my money and keys from my purse, so I’ll give her a small medal for human decency.
The biggest slap in my face came as I was walking out, I noticed an A-​sign outside their shop that reads, «Special: gel nails $ 16.99».
It is one thing to provide a bad service, but trying to cheat your customers out of a few dollars in addition is just disgusting. Bad karma.

I just got possibly the worst manicure of my life at this place. Completely awful, and failed after multiple attempts to clean them up at my request. 2 hours for a mani/​pedi, I was done.

I walked into the salon thinking i was going to get 50% off because the HUGE YELLOW BANNER WITH RED BLOCK LETTERS SAYS «50% off on all services»
SO, when i got there they didn’t like answer my questions about prices.
She tried to get me and my boyfriend to get two pedi’s and a full set for $ 40
Well we don’t want the pedi’s i just wanted my fake nails done.
Long story short, don’t go there lololol.
Ended up getting $ 5 off. BUT, my nails came out a little ratchet, she was rough, and peeled some of my skin off my fingers because she was too rough.
Would not recommend

I asked the lady to cut 1 inch and she ended up cutting my hair in very short layers. To top it off, the layers are very uneven. I asked her why she kept cutting and she told me she thought I would look better with layers. If the owner is reading this: next time pease do as the customer says, do not try to do something with someone’s hair just because you think it will look better. I am so disappointed with this place. It is also pricey

Nice ladies but a very poor job. Went in for a pedicure and she didn’t know what she was doing. Nails cut too short and my color is uneven. 2 stars for being friendly. Wouldn’t recommend for nails whatsoever.

literally sitting outside at the moment. I went with my best friend to get her fill. When filing her nails, the lady had cut her thumb and continues to used products on it and didn’t sanitize the tools after it had her blood on it. She was only putting one coat of color, although it was still transparent. The color my friend was getting was black with a light gold shimmer. The lady didn’t even know the colors to mix to make up that color that was on the display, & ended up putting an ugly yellow. Had to reprint multiple black coats and a different gold without even filing the first paint off. After the coats were done, the lady didn’t refile or shape the nails. My friend had to tell her to clean them up, & she still left paint on her fingers.
Honestly, don’t even waste your time going to the place. There’s a reason why there are only 2 people working there.

I’m usually not a nail snob, but crap this place is a effin joke! Manicurist has no skills! The results of my gel mani turned out looking like a mess. My chipped nails before looked better than afterwards. Color is not filled in, very blotchy and she got nail polish
On my hands and fingers. Charged me $ 22.00 when it was advertised as 16. What a scam! Save your money and avoid this damn place!

Desperately needed a fill and walked by after my dentist appt. Wow I was pleasantly surprised. Ladies did a great job on reupping my French tip acrylics. Got my eyebrows waxed to perfection. I was in the mood to treat myself so I got the deluxe pedi, free toe design. Highly recommend

Update: I walked into work today. Went into my friend’s office. She said…“since when do you do your own nails??” FML.

Just last week I went to supercuts to get layers and straight bangs and came out nearly in tears. My hair looked super choppy and the layers on my right side were longer than the ones on the left. So I came to Luxury beauty salon (no longer called Lana’s because it has new management) because a friend recommended it.
I loved it as soon as I walked in. The ladies here are so friendly! They converse with you and make sure you like what they are doing. At the end of the day, I came out with perfectly straight layers and a smile on my face.
