Lovable Pet Sitter

I have been using Lovable Pet Sitter for almost a year now and could not be happier. My poor dog used to be cooped up in a one bedroom apartment while we were at work. Love Alex and Ed, they take such good care of our fur baby. She loves her walks with them too. Alex and Ed are not only great for weekly walks they also help out if we are away for a few days. I do not have to worry about my dog because I know they are taking care of her.

I can’t say enough great things about Alex and Ed from Lovable Pet Sitter!!! They are very professional and i feel very comfortable leaving my home and animals in their care. Most importantly, they love animals. On their first meeting with us, they asked questions about my animals (cats and dogs). They wanted to know all their likes, dislikes and foibles. They asked about things I had never thought of with regard to their care. While we are gone they send pictures of them every day that lets us see that they are thriving.
The other great thing is that they do all the little chores that need to be done while you are gone… bring in the mail and packages, water the plants and take garbage cans out and bring them back in.
I think the best way to sum it up is that when they are taking care of things while we are gone, we have complete peace of mind that all is well cared for and loved.

Ed and Alexandra are 2 of the hardest working pet sitters we’ve had the pleasure of using. Not only are they the «Affordable» pet sitters they are also reliable and lovable.
We have used them several time to take care of our 2 very special dogs. Oreo and Bella absolutely love Ed who faithfully looks in on them in the morning, making sure they are fed and taking them out for a walk. Ed usually handles the dogs he’s happy to come and check on them multiple times during the day. We usually have them come by In the evening to take the dogs for another evening walk.
They are very organized and have a great system. They take photos of the dogs to let us know they are doing well. They are also happy to make sure our fish in the pond are fed, collect our mail, put out our garbage cans and water our plants. We can’t speak highly enough about them.

I would like to give my greatest thanks to Ed and Alex! We have had them here many times over the last few years and I am so greatful for their care of our beloved little dog. It is so hard to be away from her especially the older she gets. I can leave with the peace of mind that she is in the best of hands. My neighbors have even commented on how super they are walking her and playing with her. They all want their phone number! I really love that they send me text updates with pictures too. It gives me such piece of mind. We love you Ed and Alex! Pebbles does too!

Love Alex and Ed! I travel a lot and have used Lovable Pet Sitting for 6 times in the past 2 years. They never disappointed me. They set up pre-​sitting interview to get to know my cat. They sent frequent updates and photos of my cat. The litter box is always clean and my cat is always in good shape when I get home. Very loving and professional pet sitters!

I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW WONDERFUL Loveable Pet Sitter (Ed and Alex) were to my two fur babies! I just can’t! There are 5 stars here, but I’d gladly give 12 if I could. I was gone for a month traveling the world, while my two cats were able to stay in the comfort of their own home. I’m not big on receiving pictures of my babies, or knowing how they’re doing (they’re cats, they’ll be fine)…BUT, I’ll have to admit the photo and video updates I regularly received were so wonderful at the end of my day. I know they were well taken care of, which in turn allowed me to better relax on my vacation. Loveable Pet Sitter provided a safe/​secure, happy, professional AND memorable experience. I have never been as comfortable and relaxed with any pet sitter as I feel with Alexandra and Ed. They take care of my cats like they were their own. It is wonderful to know they are being fed, receiving their medication and even getting play time when I am away! I have one very nervous kitty who hides when anyone else comes in the house, yet she is out and about when Alex and Ed visiting. If you are looking for a pet sitter, then these are definitely the right folks to call!

Ed and Alexandra are THE BEST dog sitters we’ve ever had! They’ve been our dog sitters for over 3 years now (nearly 4) and we’ve never had any problems — quite amazing considering that one of our dogs is prone to anxiety issues and the other is aggressive towards other dogs. So leaving them at home «unsupervised» or going on walks can be challenging and daunting. Oh and did I mention that they’re both 70lb Akitas! We usually hire them for our long vacation trips, anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks and we always feel that our dogs are in good hands. The reassurance they provide is why we keep hiring them. We can tell when we come home from our trips that our dogs felt comfortable too, and in fact, probably miss Alexandra because of how well she takes care of them. As other Unilocal reviews have mentioned, Ed and Alexandra are very thorough and leave «report cards» after every visit in addition to email/​text updates with picture to show «proof of life» haha. Those pictures ARE the best! They will also water plants, check mail, take out trash and do additional services included in their price that you wouldn’t expect a dog sitter to do. And to show how committed they are, they recently stopped service in Mira Mesa, where we are, but told us that they would continue to be our dog sitters because of our long relationship and their relationship with our dogs. Needless to say, we were so relieved and thankful — that’s great customer service! If you want trusted reassurance at an affordable rate, HIRE ED AND ALEXANDRA!

Alex and Ed are awesome! They have been our dog walker for 6 months coming multiple times a week and we couldn’t be happier. Milo (our dog) is basically our kid, so we want a dog walker to take care of him as we would. They always send us a text update of when Milo was on his walk so we know exactly when he went potty last (even with detail if we he went both #1 and #2). The pictures that come along with the update are even better. We are always excited to get to see his little adventures and where he went on a walk to. They are very responsive by text or email if you have questions or need to change your schedule. We even utilized their taxi service when Milo was in our wedding. They were on time and picked up Milo from our wedding venue after our ceremony to take him back home for a walk. It was great that we could count on them to be there so Milo could participate in our big day.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the Lovable Pet Sitter and the service they provide. We know our pup is in good hands. We (Milo included) would recommend them for any dog walking or taxi service you need.

This is the second time that Alexandra and Ed took care of our dogs. Both times they delivered a great job! The dogs are always happy to meet them. We asked them to send us pictures of the dogs in each visit and they did perfectly so my husband and I were always reassured that everything was going smoothly. We highly recommend them! We are 100% satisfied!

These guys have been the most amazing pet sitters we’ve ever used. Like others have said on here, they are quick to respond to emails and text messages, and the notes they leave after every visit help put any worries at ease.
We have an older cat that has always been shy and wary of strangers, but after a few visits is absolutely in love with Alexandra. The pictures she sends us every day show him out and about, playing, cuddling, and generally being a happy cat. Those daily photo updates are the best, since we get visual confirmation of how our old man is doing.
Rates are very reasonable, and they’ll check your mail and water your plants if you ask them to. They’re also very flexible with availability and special needs (e.g. coming by at certain times).

Lovable pet sitter has been a god-​send. I had to find a replacement dog walker for my doggies quick since my previous one could no longer continue the service due to her health issues. Of the few services I contacted they were the quickest to respond. They have a couple different options to cater to everyone’s needs. They have been very consistent and thoughtful with my fur babies. My Bull Terrier/​French Bulldog mix can be quite a handful. They provide a notebook where they enter their daily log of what was done during their visit. They call/​text when there’s an issue, have a suggestion, want to share a picture or just want to confirm something with me. I feel like I have peace of mind while at work knowing that they will be cared for in between the hours while I am at work or away. I strongly recommend Lovable Pet Sitter.

We’ve used Alexandra and Ed a few times and are very pleased with their service. We have one elderly cat who now requires a couple of different medications and lots of TLC and they have been excellent: very detail-​oriented, conscientious and caring. We couldn’t be happier with them and feel completely comfortable leaving her in their care.

Tucker absolutely loves the care he receives from Alexandra and Ed. They are so accommodating and dependable. We have never had to worry about a scheduling problem. They are good to always send updates with photos for extra piece of mind.

Our dogs are our children. And Auntie Alex and Uncle Ed definitely spoil our children and keep them safe, happy, and healthy! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs pet sitting for dogs or cats. Oh by they way, they will also bring in the trash cans, water the yard, and check the mail.

We had Alexandra and Ed visit our two dogs twice a day while we were gone for two weeks. We were very anxious since we had not been away from our dogs for this long and this was our first experience with Lovable Pet Sitters. They kindly came over to meet our dogs before we left and the chemistry was immediate and genuine. They love animals and are very professional. We felt good about leaving our dogs in their capable hands.
Not only did we get an email from them every few days while we were gone letting us know that all was well, but they very kindly included a picture of our babies and even sent us a short video one time. That was above and beyond and made us feel even more so that our girls were in good hands.
Additionally, they brought in our mail and were available to water plants, bring in the papers, turn lights on and off, etc while we were gone. Their pricing is a BARGAIN for all that they will do for you. They are wonderful people and you won’t have a moment’s worry leaving your animals in their capable hands.
I can’t say enough great things about their service. I will use them every time I am in need of a pet sitter and will know my animals are in great hands.

Alexandra is my angel and she is the only person I trust to take care of my cat!!! She sent videos and pictures of my cat everyday during my vacation. I was so nervous to be away because my cat was recovering from an illness, but Alexandra did not mind administering the medication and the special instructions that came with it. I’m elated to be able to go on vacation and not stress about the quality of care my cat will receive.

So blessed to count on Alexandra and Ed with Lovable Pet Sitter. They are very confident and responsible. We left for a weekend and our kitties were so calm and peaceful when we came back because of their care. They sent us a daily picture and yes, everything was so in place.
