Lorber Engineers

I have used Lorber Engineers (Nick Lorber) three times in the past. One time was for the home we currently live in, purchased nine years ago. Again, two months ago when we put an offer on a home but did not end up purchasing it because of serious issues that were pointed out during the inspection. My husband and I feel as though Nick helped us «dodge a bullet» on this property. Whew!
The third house is currently in escrow, and we will be moving forward with it. Nick completed the inspection last week, and even though there are some small issues, at least we know what to expect.
There are many reasons why I recommend Nick, however the most important reason is that he is exhaustively detail oriented. The money and headaches his thorough process could save you down the line is invaluable.
His demeanor is friendly and professional, and he has excellent communication skills. Even though the «seller» may be present during the inspection, his informative method of communication is always to you, his client, while being respectful to the seller.
He takes lots of photos and includes them in his report along with a complete explanation.
You can count on Nick to provide excellent service on a timely basis and at a fair price. For peace of mind, I strongly recommend using Nick Lorber for your next home inspection.
