I give a very deep massage that doesn’t feel deep, because I use the larger surface area of my hands and forearms and also because I go slowly with my strokes, esp. over tense areas of the body (knots). I work very hard, but it doesn’t hurt!

I give new clients a very conservative massage, unless the client specifically tells me, «I’m comfortable such and such technique».

I have 19 years experience, which is what counts most in this field (education is a distant 2^nd).

I also have extensive of education. As an undergrad I took many nontraditional Pre-​med classes, such as nutrition and exercise science. The medical school I attended was an osteopathic medical school, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Over the years I’ve had many continueing edcation courses.

I have extensive experience doing chair massages and feel this is one of the best fringe benefits employers can offer their employees, because it increases productivity and improve employee health.

I’ve recently started offering Health and Wellness classes the 1^st Wednesday of every month in Sorrento Valley.
