LRWC has a complete array of certified providers including chiropractor, acupuncturist, sleep specialist, cosmetic dermatologist, behavioral counselor, physical thweight loss expert, massage therapist, esthetician, personal fitness trainer, and physical therapist.

Our Fitness Center has been designed to promote, support and tone a healthy body. We create individualized training programs to help you reach your personal fitness goals, while achieving optimum health.

We have a full service spa with licensed estheticians and massage therapists. We offer specialized skin care services with a variety of customized massages, including deep tissue, lymph drainage and pre-​natal.

The goal at Live Right Wellness Centers is to have you achieve total health and wellness. That is why we have created individual programs treating stress, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and sleep disorders, all monitored by our Medical Director and Health Care Coordinator.

History

Established in 2013.

A few years before 2013, a group comprised of healthcare providers and other healthcare related professionals came up with the idea of creating a true wellness center. A wellness center that complimented the services that were provided by acute care centers (hospitals, urgent care facilities).

From being in the healthcare industry, and from research, they came up with the concept of providing medical (both traditional and integrative or complementary medicine), fitness/​training, and spa services at one center. So people could go to one place to engage all the services they may need to be healthy or get healthy.

Live Right Wellness Centers® (LRWC) is the result. A wellness, fitness and spa center for everyone who wants to look healthy, feel healthy and be healthy. It is San Diego’s only all-​in-​one medical, fitness/​training, and spa center.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Chiropractor & Integrative Medicine Practitioner

Dr. Padilla attended San Diego State University and is a graduate of Southern California University of Health Sciences. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Padilla began his private practice in Carmel Mountain Ranch and was one of the first providers in San Diego to become affiliated with the Scripps Health Organization.

He is a qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California and has performed numerous industrial disability evaluations for the state. He was named Chiropractor of the Year in 2001 by the prestigious organization, The Masters Circle. He has traveled extensively on their behalf lecturing on business acumen and patient communication.
