Lipstik Inc. is a full service entertainment and booking organization. We specialize in dance performance, choreographed or freestyle or a combination in the style of: Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Salsa/​Merengue, Electronica, Burlesque. Other novelty acts include: Fire Dancers, GoGo Dancers, Bubble Girl, Circus Troop, Aerial Performance, Vignettes, DJ’s, Bartenders.

Established in 2005.

Founded in 2005 by Meli Charman, Lipstik Inc. provides a thematic approach to entertainment partnered with flawless execution and untapped showmanship. With a diverse array of performance styles, Lipstik Inc. embodies the art of theater and dance appropriate of all facets of entertainment. We are a team of performance innovators who possess extensive training in our respective fields as well as the utmost of professionalism.

Business Owner

Professionally performing for the last 10 years, Meli is an icon and well-​known face in the performance industry. She has performed at numerous events across the globe. Evolving from a hired performer to a full-​fledged owner; choreographer and producer was a natural transition for Meli and has allowed her to explore her creative boundaries even further. Through networking and the maintaining of business relationships in a variety of industries, Meli has built a successful and reputable company comprised of the most acclaimed and sought after performance talent. She has been featured on several MTV shows, The Travel Channel, and Showtime. She and her performance troop can be found performing weekly as the sole entertainment providers in Ivy Nightclub at the prestigious Andaz Hotel located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Meli possesses a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics.
