Meet the Business Owner
Jack L.
Business Owner
Jack R. Lieb is a San Diego native who has been practicing law in California since 1993. Jack graduated from University California at Irvine in 1989, obtained his Juris Doctor from Western State University in 1992 and became licensed to practice law in 1993.
Jack’s father, Allan Lieb, had been practicing law since 1972. Lieb & Lieb was established in 1989 when Jack’s mother, Peggy Lieb, started practicing law.
In 1996 Allan Lieb retired and Lieb & Lieb became a partnership between Jack and Peggy. In 2003 Peggy retired and Lieb & Lieb became Jack Lieb and Richard Fahey.
Jack’s practice covers general civil matters including real estate, business, construction, personal injury, corporate and contracts. Lieb & Lieb represents both individuals and businesses.
Jack’s philosophy is to look at the big picture and do what is best for the client at the best price. Jack tries to differentiate Lieb & Lieb from other firms by personal attention and a more practical approach.
Beware of this unethical attorney! He will prey on you and try to steal your money. I reached out to him regarding a lawsuit and he took my retainer but never provided any services. After taking the retainer funds he never even signed the retainer agreement, returned emails, or phone calls. When I and my other attorneys tried to get in contact with him he never responded. Since I did not hear back from him I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Jack Lieb then sent a FORGED copy of the retainer showing he did sign it back to the credit card company. I have already reported Jack Lieb and an active investigation of this unethical behavior has been opened with the State Bar of California with the Office of Chief Trial Counsel. Subpoenas will be coming soon to show that he unethically forged signatures in an attempt to steal a measly $3K in a predatory manner from a client in need seeking aid.
