History

Established in 2006.

A former Deputy City Attorney prosecuting pension fraud, Ms. Lepine formed Lepine Law Group to assist with the most common legal problems: divorce and consumer fraud. Ms. Lepine has extensive experience in both areas of law. She personally investigates all claims and develops each case in consultation with experts in a variety of disciplines. She has achieved large settlement awards for her clients from product manufacturers.

Ms. Lepine’s family law clients are well prepared and informed of each development in their cases, easing their anxiety and the stress of the legal process.

Amy Lepine has represented individuals in class action and representative suits against manufacturers, service providers and brokers/​dealers prosecuting claims for fraud, false advertising and defective or harmful products. She represented over 4,500 homeowners for the defective design of windows that caused them to leak and damaged thousands of homes, a case resulted in a multi-​million dollar settlement. Ms. Lepine also successfully moved the California Superior Court in San Diego to certify a nationwide class of whirlpool bath owners in their claims against the country’s largest Jacuzzi manufacturer. Ms. Lepine handles all facets of litigation personally, from initial investigation and research through trial.

Ms. Lepine currently assists local business owners with legal disputes including breach of contract, tortious interference with contractual relations, partnership dissolution, attorney fee disputes and malpractice claims.
