Established in 2008.

We were established in 2008 in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, but don’t let our relatively young age as company fool you. Our founder has been in the Reverse Mortgage business for 12 years, beginning with his days at Fannie Mae.

Legacy Reverse Mortgage has thrived in a space were others are failing every day due to our work ethic and dedication to the senior community. Our staff cares about our senior citizens and we have the experience to make the Reverse Mortgage process seamless and enjoyable from application to close!

Legacy’s President, Jim C, has been working with reverse mortgages for over 14 years, holding posts from Fannie Mae to currently serving as Treasurer of the National Reverse Mortgage Lending Association and a member of that association’s Executive Board of Directors.

Legacy was founded in San Diego on the core principles of customer intimacy, integrity, and shared success. Our goal is to provide every customer with an honest and fair solution to their home financing needs. We believe in educating our customers, developing relationships, and never straying from our committed price.
