5 stars because I really couldn’t expect any more from a tailor. The price for altering my dress on my first visit was incredibly reasonable — much less than I expected. Lee was just as nice when I picked up the dress as she was when I dropped it off. I will only use Lee for the foreseeable future; in fact, I’m hoping she’s open on Saturday so I can have an emergency fix done this weekend.

Great quality of work. Gets it done quickly and and it’s very affordable. And a really friendly and accommodating person as a bonus.

Lee is super nice and works hard. She did a last minute alteration for me(letting waist out pants) and when I came in and realized I didn’t shorten the leg(whoops) she got it done for me that day within the hour… all for crazy cheap. Pant alteration was flawless too. So for pants she gets a 5!

Fast and friendly service, Lee has a great attitude and City Heights prices. $ 6 for hemming pants, or converting pants to shorts. Couple of other dollar saving gems in that neigborhood; shoe and boot repair at the Piñata dulcria place across the street at 4206 University. Doesn’t look like much but very good work at City heights prices. Saigon Restaurant in the strip mall has great Banh Mi sandwiches.

Friendly service. Excellent quality repair at an affordable price. It was done so well, I couldn’t remember/see where the rip had been.

I highly recommend this place for affordable alterations. Quality was pretty good. I think I got a pair of jeans hemmed here for $ 5. I could be a dollar or so off. This place is fast and very accommodating. The woman who runs the store is very friendly. I definitely go out of my way to drive into City Heights to get my stuff tailored here. Negatives: They don’t take credit card and parking in the alley behind the store is a little inconvenient.
