We shipped our first Balikbayan box to the Philippines here. Can’t comment on the delivery experience yet, but the store was open and we found. The people to be courteous and helpful.

I have dealt with companies that have bad customer service over the years, LBC is in a class by itself. The local store does not pick up the phone, you have to call time and time again with them hanging up before somebody actually picks up the phone. don’t bother calling the toll free number, customer service is that last thing on their mind

No complain just that the lunch hour changes from time to time. I had to come back the next day at a different time only to find out that the if different time is the new lunch hours 2:30pm. You have to give them a call to know their break time.
The people are helpful and nice.

This location seems to think that its good business practice to inconvenience their customers by closing this location down completely by taking lunch breaks during peak hours between 12:45pm — 1:45pm daily! I can’t imagine this is according to LBC Corporate Policy and direction. Don’t bother calling the 800 phone number cause it directs you to the customer service in the Philippines and they don’t care what goes on in America.

I visited last week. I didn’t catch the employees names but they were very helpful. I sent a package to my grandma in the Philippines and was told about their air shipping. Their sea cargo is taking much longer but they’ve added a new service to ship your package by air that will get there in 10 days guaranteed. Well even though air shipping cost more we chose it because we wanted to make sure that our package was delivered asap. We were told that our package would get there by Oct. 7^th and it’s not even October yet but I just checked and our package was delivered yesterday. I couldn’t be happier with their promise! I was a little worried too because we forgot to write the address on the box and a few days later we realized that we didn’t. I called to see if they could but was told the package already left the warehouse. But they assured me that it was in the computer and that it would get delivered. Thank you LBC!

Seriously the people working in this LOCATION are LAZY to PICK Up the Phone… I Have been TRYING to call for days now and what I got after one ring??? IT“S the FREAKING FAX MACHINE… WHY pay people to work if they can’t even pick up that FREAKING DAMM PHONE?

Their computer was down today, but they were quick at finding a way to ship the packages without the faulty computer. Quick service, friendly, and they’re always happy to send your family in the Philippines packages.
Makes sure you tape up those boxes tight! You don’t want your beloved belongings all accross the Pacific.
