Lazerblast Arcade

So I know I’m an old fogie who is just griping about the way things used to be when she was young, but these games are really over-​priced. I’m comparing it to Chuck E Cheese, where everything still costs a single token (less than 25 cents). Here games start at 50 cents and go up from there. There’s some nice variety, but the games are *short*. Air hockey ending after 5 points??? Every other place I’ve ever been goes to 7.
Everything is electronic, so you put money on a card and swipe to play. «Tickets» go on the card too, so there’s no actual paper to carry around. The system seems to work well enough, and there are machines where you can check your ticket balance.
I appreciate that there are prizes starting at just 10 tickets. Sure, it’s only little pieces of candy, but that means that kids who don’t rack up a lot of tickets can still redeem for something.

Groupon has three $ 50 power cards for $ 50. This provided over an hour of entertainment for my five kids. I would do this deal again. Every machine worked great. The tickets are added to the power card as you play so you don’t have to hold a ton of paper tickets as you play. We went on a Saturday night and it was really busy but we still able to play any game we wanted without much of a wait. They also have laser tag, $ 8 per game or $ 20 for unlimited (we did not try it). Prizes are okay. The machine seem to pay better then most other arcades.

This arcade is awesome. I always come down here when I come to San Diego. This is also one of my favorite spots in San Diego. I always come here from LA and walk the boardwalk and go down to the beach. Oh and I rent a bike too. Really fun and great spot! And best of all, parking is abundant! It’s always worth the trip! Me and my girlfriend have a great time here.

Lazerblast arcade brings back the nestalgic game arcade to a beach boardwalk. Of course, many of the games are «ticket spitters» designed to take money fast as many arcades have, but fortunately, they did put in effort to bring in a number of actual video games and pinball games. They even have a collection of four classics (used to be more when they first opened *sigh*). The laser tag field looks great and has the best system that there is: Laserforce. The lasertag games are too short in duration at five minutes. At night, with all the lights, and seeing «Arcade» in bright lights with a good number of video games readily visible should be happy sight to all coin-​op video game enthusiasts. A nice little bonus is that they do not charge an activation fee for their game debit card.

Was ok. The first time we went in the instructions were given by someone who could care less and we were wasting their time. Our entire team didn’t know what to do and I had to go find him, ask him how, and then instruct our team. Overall it was fun but I don’t know if I’d pay for unlimited again.

Over priced games. Meh! Wished my phone lasted long enough to take pics. But will just explain my experience at LazerBlast. Before you start to play, make sure you check in, and show the cashier about their check-​in offer for the $ 10 for $ 20 deal… Oh, and can I say excellent customer service. Anyways… You will be surrounded by LOTS of kids. Which in my opinion, I feel weirded out, and didn’t opt in to play a lot of games. I didn’t want to feel rude by taking over a game.
Lazerblast Arcade has a lot of games, which was meh, but sure is sorta fun, I guess when you’re a kid it is fun or with a child trying to help your child win. But my heart still wins over more at any Dave & Buster’s locations. As the name says it, its best to go play Laser Tag over the arcade games. And so is Rock Climbing. Other than that, as everyone has mentioned, the «arcade is ok». Prizes can be bought at Amazon dot com for cheap or at any local supermarket/​toy store. ;) Just incase if you didn’t know.
Oh and if you’re a young adult, anyone above 18, please let the kids play the arcade games. While anyone over 18+ head over to the Lazer Tag area so we can formulate a group and try to win. Namm sayinn.

Located inside of belmont park in mission bay area we got the 10 for 20 $ deal from checking in on Unilocal so a $ 20 arcade card for 10 $ was a steal. lots of games and cool prizes at the ticket booth, plus the whole park was a carnival — ish /​amusement park lots of things to do

We had the best time with our unlimited wrist band and the «Boomont Park» night. We played the Wizard of Oz game and actually collected all 7 cards for 5K tickets!!! Stephanie was super nice and really helped us out with a glitch in our card. The staff was into the Halloween spirit and very helpful. The new laser tag is even more amazing. Can’t wait to go back! Get your Groupon for this place, it’s an amazing deal.

My new favorite hobby is laser tag. I’m a grown @$$ woman, and I love laser tag. This was only the 2^nd laser tag establishment that I have been to, but it was pretty good. It seemed clean, there is a big robot that shoots your opponent if you can shoot it between the eyes. The rest of the arcade is ok. I had a good time, but serious arcade-​goers might not be too impressed. I used the $ 10 for $ 20 deal. The staff were very kind and let me buy a game card despite the fact that they were closing in 10 mins. I will definitely return for the laser tag. I’m not ashamed to admit it.

Its a small arcade yet they have hours of fun games. nd I’ve never actually tried the laser tag, yet we always have fun playing the games. Good Skee-​ball, video games, etc.
Very popular with the 6 year old nephew.
We like that the staff is always helpful, friendly and patient — which must be hard to do day after day. The machines almost always work well, and are fixed promptly when things go wrong.
Love the head-​to-​head motorcycle races.

I was here with my brother tonight and we both had a blast! At first it was kinda weird because most of them were kids… but after a couple games with different groups… we had a lot of fun… it was our first time laser tagging… it was a fun experience! make sure you go with more people or try to go when there will be more people going…
