Lazaro Neto – State Farm Insurance Agent

Horrible. Scam artist. I got a quote from him and not only was he extremely rude, but the price was over $ 400 more than my current insurance for the same exact coverage. He also littered every car in my neighborhood with thousands of flyers which all ended up on the streets and eventually in the ocean. He hates the environment.

I have been with State Farm through Lazaro Neto’s office for a couple of years already for my automobile policies. I have always been pleased with their service and especially their quick responses to my questions/​requests. I prefer to communicate via email while I am at work and every time I send an email, I always get a quick response within hours or even less. They are always willing to help and are just a quick email or phone call away. I am not sure how other State Farm offices operate but I am very happy with Lazaro’s office and the service his staff provides.

I’ve had insurance policies with Farmers, 21^st Century, and other insurance companies and by far STATE FARM has given me the best insurance prices EVER!!! I have been a State Farm member for the last 5 years and I wouldnt change one bit of my experience with them. They have serviced my homeowners insurance, my car insurance, my hubbies street bike insurance and now my renters insurance.
I came to this agent through MANY referrals from my family and close friends. I would say that maybe 10+ of my family members have policies with THIS AGENT. And so far everyone has said nothing but GREAT things about their service. Because of that I continue to refer people I know to this agent. I also love the fact that they offer referral incentives for every client that you refer to them. And they have never been shady about it. That makes me want to refer even MORE people to them.
Unlike the previous review I personally prefer to deal with SANDRA. Who knows, maybe its because we have the same awesome first name :-) But really with all jokes aside she has always taken care of any questions I have and also updated me on all of my policies. I’m a pretty busy person who works in a call center so I dont have the time to make business calls during common business hours… I mean who wants to call people on their 15 minute break or during their lunch, thats MY me time!!! I’ve contacted my agent through email and within the hour I get a response that my policy was updated etc. That works for me!!!
Overall, they deserve my 5 stars!!! Thanks for the great service
