Over the past 32 years I have represented victims of personal injury and have successfully recovered millions of dollars on my clients’ behalf. My practice includes representing individuals injured due to automobile collisions, falls, bicycle accidents, dog bites, and medical malpractice.

My legal career began as a defense attorney for a national insurance company where I gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the insurance company’s settlement practices. This experience has proved to be a great asset to my personal injury clients.

I have an undergraduate degree from Humboldt State University, MBA from Santa Clara University, and a law degree from Willamette University School of Law. I am admitted to practice law in California, Oregon and Washington, as well as, the US Federal District Court. He is a member of the Consumer Attorney of San Diego, an organization of trial lawyers dedicated to protecting the legal rights of victims of personal injury.
