The Law Office of Tee Laoteppitaks, Esq., focuses solely on Personal Injury cases and Small Claims cases.

Our Small Claims Court Division was established to help people, businesses, and other entities, present their best small claims case for an affordable flat rate fee of $ 650, plus the costs of filing and service of process which are recoverable as part of your judgement. Mr. Laoteppitaks will meet with you in person, evaluate your case, draft and file your claim at the appropriate courthouse, serve the defendant using a licensed and bonded process server, conduct any necessary legal research, organize and prepare your evidence in an effective manner, draft your small claims Trial Brief, which will be given to the small claims judge, and prepare you for your small claims hearing. Our goal is to maximize your use of San Diego’s Small Claims Court system.

Our Personal Injury Divsion is dedicated to helping those injured as a result of the negligence of another. Should there no recovery, there will be no fee. Our top priorities are to help get you back on your feet again by ensuring you are receiving the appropriate medical care to treat the injuries you sustained, and to vigorously fight on your behalf to obtain the compensation you deserve. Our Personal Injury Division consists of two in-​house consultants, both doctors, who assist our office throughout the pendency of your case. They do not provide treatment to our clients.

History

Established in 2009.

Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Laoteppitaks was an Associate Attorney for a personal injury law firm in Carlsbad, California. While there, he gained invaluable experience handling many aspects of the firm’s cases from the initial client meeting to obtaining the best possible outcome for the clients through informal negotiations with insurance companies, litigation, jury trials, mediations, arbitration, and settlement conferences.

Additionally, Mr. Laoteppitaks assisted the firm’s clients with cases best suited for small claims court present their best small claims case at the time of their small claims court hearing. He also has extensive experience successfully representing small claims plaintiffs whose judgment was appealed by the defendant at the small claims appeal hearing, also known as a Trial De Novo, where small claims Plaintiffs can have an attorney present their case at the appeals hearing.

Since 2009, Tee Laoteppitaks has practiced personal injury law in San Diego, California, helping recover millions of dollars on behalf of those severely injured due to the negligence of another. While continuing to focus on personal injury matters, Mr. Laoteppitaks decided to offer his services for an affordable, flat rate fee to those who, despite the relatively modest nature of their legal dispute, are seeking to present their best smalls case at the time of their Small Claims Court hearing. He understands San Diego Small Claims Court’s importance in the administation of justice, which is one of the reasons Mr. Laoteppitaks decided to add small claims matters as an area of law to focus on in conjunction with his personal injury practice.
