For the estate of Celia Campos, Mr Weiner and his office have shown gross incompetence. Original file date was March 4, 2013. The $ 162K estate is uncontested and still not settled. Mr Weiner has missed filing dates and filed improper documents, the judge has kicked it back over 6 times! Celia’s husbands’ attorney Dale Mills esq. has had to remind him of filing dates which he still didn’t file on time or respond… Almost 3 years to settle a simple uncontested estate is just rediculous!
