Business Owner

Attorney Isabel Duarte received her Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University with highest honors, and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law. While at UCLA, she was an active board member with the UCLA La Raza Law Students Association and interned with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Public Counsel Law Center. After graduating law school and receiving her California Bar license in 2009, she worked as an associate immigration attorney in Los Angeles where she represented clients throughout the United States before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Besides the California State Bar, Ms. Duarte is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court: Central District and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
