Evan M. Himfar grew up in San Diego and currently lives in Rancho Santa Fe with his wife Melissa and two young children, Sofia (age 3) and Owen (2). Mr. Himfar graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Finance, and later from University of San Diego School of Law in 1997.

After working for some of the top law firms in San Diego, Mr. Himfar opened his own practice focusing on real estate and personal injury law.

Mr. Himfar’s personal injury practice primarily focuses on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and wrongful death claims. Mr. Himfar’s real estate litigation practice is diverse, including representing buyers, sellers, and homeowners resolve disputes. Mr. Himfar provides aggressive representation when you need it most.
