I just had my first laser hair removal treatment for my legs (full) and I am AMAZED. From the second I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area is really nice, with coffee and water while you wait. When I went back I was a little nervous, having never tried laser before. But the medical assistant (nurse?) who did mine was so sweet and put me completely at ease. I upgraded to the Lightsheer duet and was not disappointed. I felt NO PAIN. Nothing. Just suction from the vacuum of the laser that kind of felt like a sea creature was stuck to me :) I was shocked. It took 20 minutes tops for my entire legs. I also had no side effects afterwards, and I tend to have sensitive skin. I was actually so worried that this was wrong (because I’d been warned by many friends who have had laser and had painful experiences) that I called the office the next day to make sure my painless experience was normal! Lol. They explained that the Lightsheer duet is just that good.
I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who’s looking for laser hair removal!

Up until today I was a patient of Dr. Ataii’s for the past year. Evidence suggests they have more than a few kinks to work out at their new facility.
After making a same day appointment for Botox, I arrived at the new location a few minutes early and was escorted back to a treatment room. After waiting for over 50 minutes with no updates I got up and walked out, while exiting I informed the desk that waiting that long without an update was unacceptable.
Then the receptionist called me back later in the afternoon and apologized that the Dr. got tied up with a patient that had an unusually long list of questions.
Then she generously (ha ha) offered to reduce the $ 12 per unit to $ 11 per unit, maybe a total savings of $ 40.00 (40 units). The offer (8% off) was as offensive as the wait without any updates, explanation and/​or concern.
Looks like the Dr is going to increase his patient load to pay that new building that he just built and moved into.
PS. If you still decide to go, don’t buy any of the products at the office as most are offered at other places (stores and online) much cheaper. Copy the active ingredients and order elsewhere.

This review is for their new location. This is a very impressive establishment for anything and everything aesthetics. Dr. Attaie is experienced in his field and is up-​to-​date with the latest procedures and trends in making you even better looking. I was immediately impressed as I entered his clinic and was greeted by a tall water feature surrounded by modern and up-​to-​date equipment. His staff is very professional, knowledgeable, it will make sure to answer all of your questions. Their prices are very fair and competitive, and they always have specials to fit your needs and budget. Although two hours away from me, it’s well worth the drive for the service and results that’s obtained.

Fantastic costumer service, they really want you to be happy. Great prices and great results. They have the best laser machines, I drive almost 3 hours for their treatments. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Ataii is an intelligent, experct, honest and kind Doctor. He is a person with integrity so he will do only what works the best for his clients. You know you are in good hands and his friendly personality is just an added bonus!

My husband and I have been going to Laser Clinique and seeing Dr. Ataii for years now. We started going back in 2008 when my husband wanted to work on getting a scar removed. Dr. Ataii did a great job at minimizing the discoloration as well as the raise in the scar. After a few years, I decided to go back and see him this past December (2014) for some Botox and lip injections. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He also does a great job at minimizing any pain or discomfort. Both procedures I got didn’t hurt one bit, and I loved the results. I am approaching my one year mark since getting both procedures, and I am just now seeing that a touch up is nearing. That’s well past the recommended touch ups they say — which is really great in my opinion! I can’t wait to go back and see him!

This place is amazing! The staff is awesome and I always feel so welcome when I come in for my treatments! They are always so accommodating and helpful when it comes to scheduling around my busy life! I feel so confident and safe under the hands of Dr. Ataii. He truly is the best!
From my experience, I had a PDT treatment with IPL and Blu-​U light with vibraderm. The actual treatment barely hurt, maybe a little itch after the application of the gel stuff, but totally tolerable! And then the actual IPL treatment was a breeze and I didn’t even feel any pain from the Blu-​U! My down time was minimal with only about 2 – 3 days at home. But that was only because I did it on a Friday and wanted to have the weekend to relax. But I would have gone to work the very next day if I had to. NOT BAD AT ALL!!! And the results are so obvious! I am going to my second treatment today and I already scheduled my third appointment! I have already seen so much improvement in my acne and acne scars from one treatment! I can’t wait to see how my skin looks after the third time!

I found Dr. Atai after an extensive on line search for a good doctor to do dermal fillers and Dysport. I have had fillers and Dysport before and knew what to expect. First off, I want to compliment the doctor and his staff who were all very pleasant and welcoming. The office setting is nice and I felt right at home. After a consult with the doctor he proposed a treatment plan that included sculptra, restylene silk, Voluma and Dysport. He did offer a very fair discount on for the services and I had him perform the procedures. It was just today and I am a little swollen and bruised but I think I will be really happy with the outcome!

This is the best place ever! Every one is so polite, to upgrade for the best laser is only $ 9 per area! I got a groupon here twice and also became a client for other services!

I am one of those people that have tried practically most if not every razor, shaving gel, and waxing product out there to achieve that temporary hair removal.
I am here for my second treatment for laser hair removal on my legs. I didn’t want to write a review until I gave it some time to see the results from the first treatment.
I MUST admit, I was very skeptical about this… with how much pain if any to expect and the thought of this being another one of those pricey promising ads/​sites that doesn’t work. Did a lot of research and figured why not try it out.
Long story short… this laser hair removal truly works. I am VERY satisfied with my results just even after my first treatment. For myself, the pain level is bearable, kinda felt like a tiny pinch… absolutely nothing like the pain from waxing and tweezing!
Thank you Laser Clinique for GREAT results. I only wish I would’ve known your existence long time ago and thank you Jenn and staff for your awesome service. Highly recommended!

I went here to do laser hair removal. I had a Groupon good for 3 sessions at a cheaper price than normal. I would definitely suggest finding some sort of discount, as this stuff gets expensive. Parking is easy in this lot and the 3 times I went were great. The front desk (usually Angel) was incredibly helpful, the wait was never long with an appointment, the office was clean and orderly, and the let you ice while you wait. The sessions were all with nurses, though they were very well trained and I didn’t feel the need for a doctor. The sessions are either going to work for your skin/​hair type or they won’t… there isn’t really a science to it so just cross your fingers you are a fit for this.
The problem is the nurses/​front desk say you need six sessions to see any real change, but the Groupon is for 3 sessions and you aren’t allowed to buy two. I’ll do my other sessions somewhere else.

Finding a doctor you trust for cosmetic work is extremely hard, trust me I know, because I have been looking for a while now. But no need to look any further because I have found mine, Dr. Attai is not only knowledgable and skilled, but his bedside manner is the best I have encountered thus far. By the way before I forget to mention, the staff is also just exceptional, they take care of you from the moment you walk in until the second you leave. What impressed me the most was the facility, all the equipment is state of the art, and brand spanking new. My ocd self also noticed how spotless and clean this office is, which is extremely important to me.
Parking was easy to find and although this office is far from where I live, I will continue to make the drive for treatment because good caring doctors are hard to find.
I totally recommend this office to anyone and I will continue to come back for my treatment. Also don’t forget to check in to get 25% off your next facial. Which by the way is a MUST HAVE. Anyways check this office lace out, trust me when I say that you will not regret it!

The first impression is always important, but to me consistency is key.
I have had nothing but the best of experiences here. The front desk is friendly, informative and very efficient.
The booking system is quick, they follow up and are extremely patient.
It is obvious that Dr Ataii is incredibly educated but he is also an artist with what doctors call «great bedside manners». He is professional, funny, and quick. I know he is busy back to back (good sign) and I’m usually in the room by the time of appt, but never wait more than a 15 minutes.
That’s impressive!
I love the location. It’s close enough for my clients to go here. It’s important that as an «authority» on beauty that I can recommend a doctor and staff I trust.

I know every laser hair removal case is different.
Before I purchased a Groupon Package for full leg laser hair removal. I did months of online research on types of lasers, experiences and locations before I decided to go with Laser Clinique.
The location is very clean and the staff are wonderful!
I went in with realistic expectations and explained to Sarah that my ultimate goal was to minimize razor burn and not see my extremely dark hair follicole even after I shave. She said my expectations were realistic but it may take 4 – 6 sessions.
Well then!!! Just after the first session, I saw reduced hair growth and very little razor burn! I am beyond ecstatic with my results and definitely plan to continue with treatments!

And 5-​stars go to Laser Clinique – a group of friendly aestheticians that I willingly pay to burn hair off my body. Top notch customer service, beautiful office, powerful lasers, and they let you ice your lady parts before treatments. WIN.

I have purchased laser hair removal for bikini line, leg and underarm areas at regular price. I had 6 – 7 sessions 6 – 8 weeks apart, as recommended by nurse. At my initial consultation, I was told that I had perfect skin/​hair color combo for laser hair removal.
I like the place for its cleanliness, overall nice facility, available Saturday appointments and easy parking. The staff was also very nice, I had two different nurses and they were both very sweet. My treatment was relatively painless.
The reason I give it 3 stars it’s because I am disappointed with the overall results of my treatment. Sure, I had some hair reduction (maybe 40−50%), but there is still a noticeable amount of hair growing and I still do have to shave every day. So I am just wondering if it was worth the price? I did compare my results with several other friends that had laser hair removal done elsewhere, and their hair seems to be growing a lot less. I do know that results vary from one person to another, but since I was told that my relatively light skin and dark brown hair would generate great results, I was expecting a reduction of 70−80%… I believe that is realistic.
I had pointed out several times that I wasn’t seeing much progress with my treatment. Around 3^rd-​4^th session, I also got scars on my legs only, like small little whitish lines over the shin/​tibia that eventually went away (after probably 3 – 4 months). I wasn’t spending any time outside in the sun (it was also winter time), so I know it had nothing to do with that. I had asked to see Dr. Ataii regarding the scars and the overall lack of progress, but he was always unavailable one way or another. I was told once that he wasn’t in the office at all but that he would review my chart and write his recommendations/​notes to the nurse who’ll get back to me. And so we ended up by changing the type of laser (I was paying an extra charge for the first one we used per appointment/​per area)… The doctor never saw me and I stopped asking for him, but it felt odd. I really didn’t want to be that annoying type of patient, I just wanted to have a short conversation to express my concerns and hear his professional opinion about maybe using more or less power or different laser of whatever, and I thought that he would be able to make that decision better if he actually saw me, my skin type, color, hair growth…
So all that being said, it’s not even so much the lack of results that bothers me the most, it’s mainly the doctor’s unavailability for assistance when needed.
I didn’t have any other laser hair removal experiences so I can’t make any comparisons. It is not that I don’t recommend this place, but my personal experience wasn’t the best… At the end, I just think it might be helpful to know that more than 7 sessions may be required for good results, and that is something to take into account when it comes to calculating the overall cost.

Exceptional! I have had multiple treatments done here, including laser hair removal, microdermabrasions, and photodynamic therapy – all of which were wonderful and had long-​lasting results. The entire staff consists of professionals that are courteous, knowledgable, friendly, and engaging. They all obviously love their job and work environment, which helps me feel comfortable and know that I’m in good hands.
Dr. Ataii is the best!!! I’m not exaggerating when I say that I have never received the kind of comprehensive and attentive care from any other doctor. Not only is he highly recognized by the media and other clients, he tailors every treatment directly for my specific needs (and my skin extremely sensitive and «fussy») and doesn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. He is personable and kind and treats me like a friend, rather than just a client.
Go in for a consultation – I guarantee you’ll be back and probably never go elsewhere from then on. …and you will be ECSTATIC about the results!!! :)

I had the laser hair reduction done on my under arms and am currently having the Brazilian treatments done. It decreases the amount of hair for weeks at a time and prolongs a shave for a few days longer. If you want full effects, be prepared to get it done at least once a year after your initial 6 treatments. The thickness of the hair has decreased greatly and when it does grow back, it is barely noticeable.
Depending on which tech you get, the experience is different or more/​less painful each time. The pain is not unbearable though. It feels like being gently popped by a rubber band. if you get an MA you like, specifically schedule your appointments with that person.
I have read horror reviews about people getting serious burns from their laser treatments with other clinics. I’ve never had any kind of experience like that so I will definitely keep going to Laser Clinique, even though I’ve noticed other clinics have slightly lower prices. I am willing to pay a little extra for quality and to be honest, the pricing really isn’t bad for the overall result.
One bit of advice though, if you need to cancel an appt MAKE SURE you give them at least a 24 hour notice or you will be charged $ 75! I had an emergency come up the the day before an appt and even though I called enough time in advance for them to be able to fill the appt slot, I was still charged $ 75.

I purchased multiple laser hair removal packages a couple through Groupon and two additional directly.
About 10 years ago I had 3 hair removal treatments per area for bikini line/​extended leg, armpits, and chin/​upper lip from a Dermatology/​Salon in Encinitas. With extremely white skin and dark hair I was an ideal candidate and had excellent results. However, in the past year or so I was experiencing regrowth which I definitely wanted to take care of. It was not a painfree process — I usually needed to use numbing gel and would still have to stop during the treatment but it was tolerable for the results and so much better than waxing.
I originally purchased a Groupon from another business and after 3 visits was not seeing any results. My husband went to this same business for his back and he didn’t have any results either.
So, I was very happy to see Laser-​Clinique offer a Groupon. When I looked online and saw such a professional website I was truly expecting to be happy with the business. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The waiting lounge very comfortable and first rate. Everything you see is top notch!
HAIR REMOVAL EXPERIENCE — It seemed that every time I went in for treatment their was a new nurse. I mentioned that it wasn’t painful or one nurse said I had a high tolerance. I also heard «newer technology,» «different laser», etc
BOTTOM LINE RESULTS– No improvement in any area treated. They did try to upsell me a cream to slow the hair regrowth which is funny considering they are selling permanent hair removal… but whatever.
Since I have had successful results in the past and know laser hair removal works, I can only speculate that the laser they used is ineffective or the setting used too low to achieve results. Bottom line, either way, was that it was waste of time and money
I still have one treatment left but wont be using it
