She is as real as it gets!
I am really really picky with my hair and let me tell you that she definitely knows hot to style hair. She also speaks Spanish ;)

Laila is the best around. I’ve been going to her forever and always will. She is basically a mind reader and makes your hair look exactly like you want it to. She has a really good eye for making you look your best. I trust her completely! She is also very reasonable!

My husband and I have been trying to find someone that can work with both of us. Finally we found Laila! She has been able to work on my husbands hair and he is so happy that he does not want anyone else to touch his hair.
I am 100% satisfied with her work. I even tried bangs and she did a great job by suggesting side bags for my face shape. Since I’ve been going to her, about 1 yr now, my hair has grown so much and is nice and healthy.
Laila also uses products that don’t damage the hair. I blow dry my colored hair everyday and my hair remains looking shiny and does not dry up like when you use the cheap coloring products.
My husband and I are totally satisfied and we also love the location in colorful south park.

I arrived at 1 p.m. for my appt. for highlights with Norma. Norma arrived at 1:35 p.m. Requested subtle brown highlights (low lights) and Norma proceeded to apply then left me sitting for 45 minutes while she gave her attention to her 2:00 appt. Laila shampood and styled my hair. I left at about 3:45 p.m. after totally wasting 3 hours of my time to have NO new highlights. What a disaster. I purchased mine through Mind Body Partnerships. I cannot believe Norma actually accepted the required tip. I’ll never return! Also, the cut is not worth $ 85 nor is the color worth $ 100!
