I recently hired Rich at Kleen Rite to clean out travertine and grout. He was extremely professional and did an awesome job. I was surprised at how quickly he did the work. When it dried I was amazed at the difference in the appearance of the stone and the grout. I appreciate his affordable prices, and will definitely call him again.

Had Rich come to the house and clean our windows (he was referred to us by a friend), he did a GREAT job! I was blown away by his professionalism. Seems like all the window cleaners we’ve hired in the past were always late and then rushed through the job. But not Rich. He was on time, clean cut, and did a fantastic job. Our windows have never looked better! I would defiantly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

I paid $ 175 for little or no results from having my rugs cleaned this month.(Oct.) I specified to a man on the phone my concerns. I had 2 bedrooms and an entry way that needed extra attention I was NOT lead to believe that they could not handle the job. I requested that it be pretreated, but they do not do that. I even made sure the man cleaning the carpet knew the areas. After it dried — the rugs looked just liked they did before KleanRite came! Price and quality of the job UNSATISFACTORY. The carpet cleaner was professional.

I am not even going to wait to rave about Kleanrite Carpet Cleaning! They did my carpets today and I was so impressed with the amazing job. We have two dogs and three cats and you would not know it after they cleaned the carpets. They were so professional, friendly, and fast! The extraction was so efficient, that out carpets are virtually dry a few hours later. Okay, so maybe some other carpet cleaning companies do a great job and are professional, etc., but after getting several quotes from other companies (which ranged from double to triple the cost), I can tell you that Kleanrite cannot be beat for price and quality of work. So happy we went with them and highly recommend them to anyone that wants awesome service and a great price :-)

I wouldn’t use another company to clean my carpets. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. I didn’t think my carpet could look much better than it does, given the fact that’s it’s rather old, however Kleanright did an amazing job on it! I can now live with it until the owner decides to replace it. Highly recommend this company!

I hired Kleanrite to clean my down sofa, which my cat had unfortunately urinated on. They have an enzyme treatment that’s supposed to break down the pee. I kept asking the technician if he thought it would really work, and he assured me that, once the chemical dried, the urine odor would disappear. It didn’t. At all. It’s almost worse now, smelling the pee and the chemical. I’ve decided to replace the entire sofa — and I just wish I hadn’t spent the $ 100 already on the sofa cleaning.
They also cleaned our carpets, which do look better, but they took forever to dry. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this company and I wish they were more honest about the challenges of dealing with cat urine.

We set our appointment up a week before because we needed 2 houses cleaned in the same day. One was a 2700 sq-​ft and the other 1000. Showed up at the scheduled time and was very pleased with their professionalism and willing to take the extra steps to make sure we were satisfied. Carpet came out very nicely and were dry by the next day. Great jobs guys thanks. As long as their pricing doesn’t change I will continue to repeat.

I highly recommend going to Kleanrite for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. The company is family owned, and very friendly. Right from the beginning the receptionist was professional, and friendly, and the same service was offered when the two guys came to clean my two couches.
I had picked a couple couches up for free, and they did a really great job cleaning one of them. The best part was that they noticed the other couch just had a cover on it that I could purchase at a store. They made this aware to me, even though they were losing money from the suggestion.
Very honest and professional gentlemen that really know what they’re doing.

Absolutely thrilled with Kleanrite. My carpets look brand new and I’m really glad I called them. It was great to call a company and have a real person answer the phone. She was super nice and was able to get me an appointment for the following day — which almost never happens.
Know what I loved about this company? They’ are a locally, family owned business and very serious about customer service. They were professional, easy to communicate with and provided outstanding service.

I had nothing but a horrible experience with this company so far. I had an appointment for last Thursday in the middle of the day and was called a few hours before the appointment saying they couldn’t make it. So we rescheduled for a week later for Friday. I was offered a 20% discount which was fine. Then tonight, the night before my 2nd appointment I get another call saying they can’t make it and this time offered me only a 15% discount to reschedule (not an additional 15% just a 15% discount). Two reschedules, and with the 2nd time having a worse discount than the first. Very poor management and a very poor customer service experience. Both times I had set up my work schedule so I would be home for the appointment and each time I was given significantly less than a days notice that they couldn’t make it.
Do not waste your time with this company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have to say: Thank you UnilocalERS for helping me find this GEM of a carpet cleaning company! This review was promised and owed to Rob from a long time ago, but hey, better late than never! Rob came to our house ON TIME and got right to work. As bad of shape as our carpet was in I thought nothing could bring it back to life. In this case I was happy to be wrong!
Rob is as meticulous as he is kind, not missing a single corner and getting right up to the edge of the carpet. Most important to me was not just how my carpet looked the days after but in the weeks after. My carpet stayed looking fresh and clean for months with no re-​appearing spots or lingering chemical smell.
I remembered to finish this review because I need to call him again! We’re expecting our first LO soon, and I want fresh clean carpet for tummy time=) Thank you for being in business and running your business the right way. We’ll be in touch soon and hope that you can fit us in before the holiday season begins.
