We recently remodeled our small kitchen, and we are super super happy with what Kitchen And Bath Beyond has delivered! Not only they gave us a detailed estimates, they also did amazing 3D rendering of our kitchen!
We went to get few quotes around town, and they beat them all! They gave us a detailed plan on what they were working and they got it done right, within 3 days!
We worked with Khoi and he is the best! He kept us posted with things happening during the project. Highly recommend them!

Great, fast work in August 2015! Sai, Jing, Owen, Khoi were awesome and great to work with. Jing is great with the instant 3D rendering, accurate quotes, flexibility. Honest, hardworking people. Look around, get other quotes and do your homework. You won’t be unhappy if you go with these guys.

Wonderful company! I wanted to wait for a bit to see how our new kitchen works for us before writing this review. Jing and Sai both did a wonderful job designing our kitchen! They took all our needs and even things we didn’t think about to help make our dream kitchen not only look wonderful but most importantly real useful! They were real good at helping us keep within our budget and giving us useful tips for not just now but the future. Another plus was that the workers were real good at finishing the job way before was expected without losing the quality of the work! I can just keep going… this is the only company we recommend to all our friends and family looking for remodeling their home.

I couldn’t be happier with the installation team’s work. I called with very little notice to do a small high risk job to install an air gap hole in my fragile natural stone counter to install a dishwasher according to code. Some companies would not even accept this job because of the high risk and short work. The team informed me of the risk and was very professional. The experienced artisan cut the hole quickly with no cracking! This was not luck. The team was skilled and professional leaving my counter looking beautiful. Thank you!

First of all, I’m so sorry this has taken so long to review. We had this done last October. I do want to just say that our experience with Kitchen and Bath and Beyond was nothing but professional and a great overall. Sai and Jing were very pleasant and helpful to work with. We did a lot of research on pricing before deciding to go with them. I don’t think you will find anything even close to what they offer and the quality of the product is good. The 3D design helps you envision your new kitchen so nicely. I believe they started on a Thursday and finished on Tuesday with Kitchen and 2 bathroom cabinets. Customer service was excellent even the follow up at the end to see how we were enjoying our new cabinets. Thanks again Sai and Jing!

Among all the remodeling we had done to our newly purchased home.
I evaluated 3 other options/​referrals for our kitchen and elected to move forward with Sai from Kitchen and Bath Beyond.
Unfortunately, we didn’t find him earlier — otherwise, I would have had them remodel our bathrooms too.
Sai was friendly, sincere, helpful, thorough and very communicative. He didn’t pressure us.
Finances are very tight and both Sai and Jing provided us options and alternatives to help us save and get the most for our budget.
Their staff did an awesome job, they were dedicated workers who pulled in extra hours to get the job done as quickly as they did.
Originally, the kitchen was going to take a week but they got everything done within two to three days — AMAZING.
They also went out of their way to help us get missing parts and helped us clean up a leak in the bathroom.

We done two kitchens with them already! One at our rental property and one in our own home! We are so happy with them, we plan to use them again. They are professional and are on time always and very clean.

Fantastic people and product!
From the first moment of meeting Sai, Ting and Bo I felt confident that I was in good hands. The price was originally out of my budget but with tweaking from them by removing some cabinets and finding other options we found a price we could agree on. The 3D design helps you know what you are getting and approving!
The product is good quality. I will say that I have had to call out a few issues to them (one piece of granite was different size than another, it wasn’t fully sealed so water was soaking into the stone, the microwave slot was not big enough for what we sent measurements on, the soft closing was not put on to cabinets when it was part of the agreed proposal) but they quickly resolved all of these. I mean, they jumped onto the issues within a few hours — now that’s good customer service.
They are very personable and friendly. The main workers (who are their family) don’t speak fluent English but you can easily communicate. I did find the main workers were yelling a lot at each other but I guess that’s a family dynamic. Over two days of hearing them back and forth it actually became quite funny.
BTW, Jing, Sai and Bo speak perfect English — so no worries of having any miscommunication with the workers.
I also ordered flooring with them. Kitchen and floors — we did our own demo for kitchen to save on costs. We also installed our own floors. They don’t have a lot of flooring options compared to other vendors but what they do have I liked and the price was great.
If you want a company that treats you individually and wants to ensure your satisfaction then this is a great choice. Their prices are reasonable for kitchens — bathrooms we found to be more expensive but for kitchens this is it! I highly recommend their team and if you tell them you need something fixed they are on it. Very nice people and hard working. I wish them lots of success with their new business — they are building a good name for themselves so give them a try!

Look No Further… This is the company to hire if you want a fantastic kitchen remodel at a great price. All my friends, family, and co workers cannot believe how great my kitchen looks. My wife and I feel like we got a 35K — 40K kitchen for a third of the cost. The workers pay attention to details and go out of their way to serve you. Sai and Jung were up front and honest. There were no hidden fees or unfulfilled promises. Hard to find a business like that.

We were getting our place ready to put on the market, and I needed to redo the kitchen. I had 3 different estimates done for the remodel of my Kitchen. We choose Sai because he seemed knowledgeable and was the only person who listened to us about wanting to just invest enough to recoup the price in the sale of the house. Not go overboard with a lot of upgrades. They were also the only place that gave me a price breakdown of the individual parts and labor costs. This was a big influence in our decision! A+! Many other people would only give us the final price. They even provided a 3D model of the kitchen. NICE! We were able to make adjustments to the design and parts.
When we scheduled the remodel with him he was very flexible around our schedule. Since he knew we were in a rush to get things ready for the sale, he even was able to move up the date of the remodel even sooner than we had originally scheduled.
When they came to set up work. His team was all very professional and courteous. We had a small kitchen in our condo so it only took a few days to finish. Since we have a condo they set up outside and cleaned up every piece of mess when they were done.
The materials used were good quality, the installation went very well. I was very happy with the result.

My wife and I had been putting off a bathroom remodel for years. We had the standard all purpose bathroom. 6 inch white tile, white counters, etc… so when we decided to finally do a remodel we looked around for quite some time. When we walked into Kitchen and Bath Beyond, we knew that they would be the ones we would work with. Sai is about the most dedicated person I have ever met when it comes to running a business. He runs the business with absolute integrity, explaining the process and ensures that what gets done is done right. No work gets started unless there is an absolute understanding of what will get done. Yes, there was a language barrier with the main contractor (Jing), but in no way did this hinder the work. As a matter of fact, I think it actually made the work better because there was absolute clarity with Sai and Jing as to what would get done. Jing and Chuck (the assistant) are true craftmen. They did an impeccable job with the bathroom. It came out better than what we had imagined. Now that the work has finished, my wife and I are loving are bathroom remodel. Step into the store and look around. It’s a small location but they have everything you will need. 100% absolute recommendation to friends and family. When the time comes to remodel our other bathrooms, they will be the only ones we will use.

Overall I’m very happy with my counters and the work that KBB provided. I’m only removing 1 star because of a mistake that was made. They fully acknowledged the mistake and took care of it in a way that left me feeling satisfied. The pros about KBB are that they are very efficient and are ready to work whenever the product arrives. They were able to remove counters from 3 bathrooms and tile counters from the kitchen and then install new counters in all of those spaces in 2 days. My only cons about the company was that there was not as much communication between them and me when the workers arrived. This lack of communication is actually what led to the mistake that was made. But again, they took care of it and I’m very satisfied with the job that they did. They provided the lowest estimate to me and I think the service and product that they provided was top notch. I would definitely recommend them to others for their counter needs. They even gave me advise on how I could spruce up my cabinets since I was not ready to spend the money to have new ones installed.

These guys did an amazing job on our kitchen! They finished the kitchen flip in a week and have impressed all of our neighbors, family, and friends with their quality work. They designed all of the cabinets with our input and even surprised me with a pull-​out spice cabinet! Then they created a wet bar out of a «dead space» in our living room that we had no idea what to do with! They used extra marble from the kitchen to fix up BOTH our bathrooms and make use of all of the material we paid for. They cleaned up EVERYTHING before leaving and even rewired the kitchen and wet bar to add lighting and additional outlets. We couldn’t be happier and more grateful for their creativity, professionalism, and timeliness. This company is family run and they are the friendliest crew, it was sad to see them go! These guys are the BEST. We would hire them again and strongly recommend them to anyone.

This company impressed me with how fast and honest they were. They tell you exactly what you can do based off your dream design and they try to find ways to help you get it at the lowest price. No up selling which I really appreciate. I am in love with my kitchen! One tip… unless your personal plumber is at your hip, please just use their plumbing services for appliance connections… I’m a handy person but it’s a pain in the butt if anything goes wrong!

Amazing work! We used Kitchen and Bath Beyond to completely remodel a kitchen and bathroom. Their work was absolutely perfect! Jing measured everything meticulously before the work started, and everyone on the job was friendly, professional, and thorough. The work started right away and completed in two days. I used Kitchen and bath beyond to remodel my kitchen earlier this year. They were very trust worthy and finished the job on time and did a superb job. Sai the owner was very sufficient and always took the time to explain all the details of the project. I would recommend this Company and I would also use them again on any remodeling needs.

Kitchen and bath beyond is military family own biz, I am active duty. Mine was a «small» kitchen remodel, but 10k is an awful lot of money to spend, so of course I’m anxious, Sai came to my place and make few changes to my 10k design and was able cut the cost down to 60%. Sai and his crew are experts among experts. They’re not just technicians: they’re thinkers, with good ideas. We loved their work and still enjoining my kitchen.
